I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Straight forward, easy, great selection and prices compared to a lot of other dealers in the area.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I test-drove it, checked the paperwork, and asked Darrin questions about the vehicle and the process. Later that same afternoon, I drove off the lot with my new car. In late 2015 I ordered and bought a 2016 Hyundai accent. I was looking for a car under $20,000 CAD that would suit my purposes and that would be safe enough for my teenaged kids to learn and drive. The dealer experience was not what I would call a positive one. As this is about the car I will not go into detail here. The look of the little 2016 accent hatchback is really a 8/10. Put on some cheap fun stripes and you’ll be getting second looks; 9/10 then. Other body styles for the Accent are well…meh. Now the car itself is cheap to buy, and built cheaply. There is no doubt about that. There is an awful lot of road noise, there is usually some body part rattle, the torque is laughable, but again—it is cheap. I call this a Meccano car. Why? Because replacing parts is as easy as a Meccano set. And you WILL need to learn how to do this. This car gets no respect in parking lots; it’s constantly being dinged and hit by other cars. It has low clearance; road debris doesn’t go under the car— it cracks up all the plastic bits. Oh yeah, and the four or so fibre skid plates? Two disappeared within the first six months. One ripped off in a puddle during a rainstorm. However, because there’s so much plastic, and parts are easily available due to the car’s ubiquity, it’s fairly cheap to fix. This car can be insanely efficient. If you’re hypermiling, you can achieve 5.2 L per 100 km. I drive aggressively and get 6.2 or so. In town aggressive, will get you 7.4. My battery lasted six years before replacement. No complaints there. I take care of my car. I do most regular services on time. It’s been parked outside in Canadian prairie weather it’s entire life. It starts at -35C without the block heater plugged in. It’s insanely reliable and is just now displaying the first signs of rust from our heavily salted winter roads. Speaking of which– this thing is so light that you absolutely NEED winter tires up here, even if it is a front wheel drive or isn’t the law. While I would probably never buy a car like this used with 100000 km or more, I have been pretty happy with this thing. I like it better than my past Fords, Nissan, my four Chryslers, and even my Audi (based on price vs reliability). It was a good buy. I knew I was getting a cheap, disposable car. And unless something else presents itself later as a better option-I’d be looking at replacing it with another Hyundai. 2016 Hyundai Accent Hatchback GL manual

I have a crystler 300 and the oil needed changed and transmission fluid checked. I was expecting to pay around $250-300 bucks but got a discounted price and only paid $165. I definitely will be going back when service to my vehicle is needed again

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

Excellent, Great economical vehicle over 40 mpg All highway use.It's move's a little on a windy day,but still over 40mpg @68-70mph. It works great for me as i commute 155miles per day.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.
