He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. He went above and beyond in respect, consideration and character by keeping his word and completing the vehicle when he said he would. I was very empressed (obviously). They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Each time i have taken my car in for service the technician has been good. My complaint is with the complimentary car wash they provide. Each time my car comes out with more scratches. I have complained but nothing was done. My suggestion is decline the car wash. The damage it does is not worth the complimentary service.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I have purchased two vehicles from these classy gents. They are very professional and helpful in time of need. In the past I became I'll, in fact bed ridden for a whole month. They understood and help me. When I purchased my two vehicles, I took them to my mechanic and they examined them bumper to bumper and if there was something wrong, Tod had it repaired. Those persons who complain about their vehicles, remember these are used vehicles and HAVE THEM CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. GO TO YOUR MECHANIC LET THEM CHECK THEM OUT. Cars plus credit is a used car dealership better than most. Would buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. No you wouldn't. So be smart have your vehicle checked out by a reliable before you buy. I bought my 2002 Ford Focus stationwagon 9 months ago with 180,000km for 1400 CAD. It has the 2.0 Zetec engine and the 5 speed manual transmission mated to it. Currently sitting at 215,000km and it is still running strong. Comfort-wise it's great. I made a 11 hour drive in one day and was not even sore, the amount of headroom, especially in the wagon, is great aswell. Interior design, is alright, it's quirky. Lots of curves, definetly shows its age but everything works great and is easy to operate. Performance wise, its alright. Definetly not a race car by any means, but it is fast enough. The value for money on one of these used is amazing - if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and can do basic repairs and maintenence. Exterior styling is good, its a very interesting looking car. Since I got it 35,000km ago heres what I've done for repairs: Valve cover gasket, motor mounts, hatch struts. I've done a ton of maintenence, all the reccomended stuff for this mileage, but those are the only things I've had to repair. It is currently leaking a bit of oil but on a 1400$ car it doesn't really bother me, doesnt even leak enough to get even halfway down the dipstick between oil changes. It hasn't ever left me stranded.

The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.
