I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Communication was great. They sent additional videos of the car and when asked about any cosmetic defects were completely honest and showed them in the video. Also discussed their detailer that comes on Thursdays. Didn’t end up purchasing from them but they were very good to deal with.

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

I love the car. It takes at least 4 months to understand all of the features and working options of those features. The usage of each option can change due to your preferences. I have the Limited With all of the options as a package. This car is xxxx!
