My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

I drive around town most days and love the idea of not using as much gas. I drive older volvo's that I love for many reasons but they are aging and certainly not good on gas. I like the idea of full EV cars but the cost is very high and range for me (I take a lot of 200-300 mile road trips) makes it more complicated along with the expense of charging stations or installing upgraded home chargers. I bought a used Volt with 50k miles and it honestly is a pretty awesome car. I can drive around town almost purely on electric, just plug in at night to a standard outlet. And barring me going on a road trip a tank of gas a month maybe less. (8 gallons to fill up!!!!) I love the heated seats and wheel. The interior layout is great and its a very quiet car. It's quick around town and holds its own on the freeway. Are the seats volvo comfortable? NO, but they aren't bad at all in the leather premier trim. Is the back seat huge not really but if you are less than 6' it should be fine. The bose sound system is GREAT. All the safety features are nice. Back up camera, front and rear sensors, lane keep, adaptive cruise, etc.... It took a week or so to get used to how to drive it in EV and maximize my range. I can now get around 55-60 miles in town. I would say to read the manual for sure, the climate controls are situated to save electricity so there is no A/C on or off button and I had to read up on how it works. I got the hang of it once I took the time to understand what did what. The Chevy Volt forum is a wealth of knowledge as well, and that really made it easy to learn how the car works. Apart from slight learning curve it is an excellent car you can easily run in EV only if it suits your situation. Long trips are no problem I can get 42 mpg on the freeway usually and no down time to charge at stations along the way. This is a great car to bridge the gap between full gas and full electric and given the price to purchase it almost makes sense not to own one. I LOVE IT.

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My next purchase will be with the Castle dealership in McHenry IL and I will ask for Tony to be my sales person.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

Bought a used 2021 as I was getting bored of driving a Toyota minivan for work after a lot of research. I got the SE with auto. It’s small fun and surprisingly comfortable. I needed a compromise between comfort reliability efficiency and performance and this was it. Not the fastest to 60 but power available with no hesitation. 10 air bags and safety features are welcome as well.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I have just took delivery of my 4th Subaru. Ed Troike was my salesman for all 4. Ed 's dedication keeps me loyal to the brand. The service department as well as the parts department are extreamly clean, and the employees are extreamly knowledgeable, courtious, and proffessional. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Ed and recommend this dealership to everyone I can.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

I recently had to bring my used car in for a vibrating brake pedal, and the service I received was outstanding. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
