I purchased a certified used Acura from Crown Acura of Richmond in Henrico VA on September 20th, 2025. Prior to coming in, I had already picked out a vehicle of choice online and immediately got connected to Salesperson Jarrett Day. He worked with me via phone to start setting up my application and credit check so that when I came in it would be easy and seamless. Once I came in I was greeted by Sales Manager Anthony Easter whom I spoke with prior to coming in to confirm my appointment. After signing paperwork with Jarratt I was sent over to Finance Director Kriss Williams who helped me iron out the final financial details with my purchase. Anthony, Jarratt and Kriss were all very professional yet personable. The whole process was smooth and effortless and didn?t take as long as I had expected. I was able to drive off in my new vehicle same day and the team at Crown Acura really made my experience with purchasing this vehicle very pleasant and memorable. On 10/20/25 I had to bring my car to the service department due to a slow leak in my driver side tire on the vehicle I purchased last month. I worked along with Service Advisor Lauren Broughton whom was very attentive and patient in handling my situation. Sales Manager Josh Alford helped me with getting the molding on the passenger side door fixed. Lauren was particularly helpful and communicative in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. She ensured I was satisfied with the service being done and the outcome. I stopped in to say hello to Anthony and Jarratt who was very happy to see me. Anthony and I had a nice conversation and he is truly a gem. I?d also like to make an honorable mention of E. Thomas Webster who helped me transport my other Acura to and from Henrico due to a medical issue I?ve been dealing with for my father. I would definitely recommend Crown Acura of Richmond to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle as this team of professionals I?ve worked with are all valuable assets to the Acura industry.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

They were Fast, and efficient. No extra issues or hard sell. The service man was polite and knowledgeable about what was needed. Even the car wash was quicker than usual. Great job!

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

I had such a great experience working with George, or “G” as everyone calls him! He’s got an amazing car sales personality. His no pressure, no hassle, just easy-going and chill the whole time. He made the whole process super comfortable and stress-free. Fred in finance was also incredible! He went above and beyond and found me the bestest deal possible. Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Andy is the owner of AA Motors. Andy is a fair and honest car dealer. He is very courteous and firm. I purchased a vehicle from AA Motors and a separate engine warranty for the vehicle. About 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle had a loud noise coming from the engine. I informed Andy of the problem. I contacted the warranty company and informed the warranty company of the engine problem. Andy contacted the warranty company to assist me with getting the engine replaced. Andy contacted the repair shop to have the engine diagnosed and to have the engine replaced. Andy went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Andy contacted the warranty company numerous times to ensure that the warranty was processed to replace the engine. I am very satisfied with the quality of service he provided to satisfy me. The repair shop replaced the engine. The vehicle is running properly. The most reliable car that I have ever own it has 109000k miles and runs perfect, never had a mechanical problems, is rummy inside for fitting things and also has leg and head room. The sits folds giving you lots of space. Is just a GREAT car.

Found our car at a local Toyota dealership. Great service. Was looking for Low mileage and a newer car. Great gas mileage also. Paid car off, but didn't get any deal for doing that was hoping to get free oil changes like my son did.
