I always go to Lia Honda to get my car serviced. I always ask for Lourie Bruner in service. She always explains everything so I can understand. I always ask for her because I trust her I have never had any problems.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I gave Paul a target time for pickup and he delivered. Paul thoroughly described the work completed and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the work. I found Paul to be an affable, knowledgeable and highly efficient service advisor. Paul even gave me a follow up call today to make sure everything was in order. I was very pleased with my entire experience.

It's a big deal when you help your daughter pick out her first car. I was glad I found the folks at Northtown Auto when we wanted to find a pre-owned vehicle. They had a great selection, and it is obvious they only sell quality cars. I wanted something safe and reliable for my daughter to drive back and forth to our house 3 hours away. Kristian was our salesperson and did a great job of listening to our needs and wants and finding cars that matched our desires. His >20 years of working in the business shone through, as he navigated their system to get us three different cars to test drive (even gong to get one at a different location). He even helped do some of the research on the cars histories so we could make an informed decision. The cars were very clean and detailed, and I know we will be happy with the car for years to come. With two other younger drivers in the pipeline, I know I will be returning to Northtown Autos to look for other cars in the future. These guys are great to work with to find the right car for anyone

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

In the past I have only dealt with GM dealerships and I was extremely happy with the professionalism and end result of the care that was given to my vehicle. Outstanding job done!!!

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from Andrew Ayler at Northtown Hyundai. There is no amount of praise that can truly signify my overall satisfaction from working with Andrew. My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20 years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.
