Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

The process took a little longer than I had hoped for, but in the end we got a good deal. They were busier than we expected they would be. Marvin was great. He had great energy and drive without being pushy. He listened to us and provided what we had asked for. The F&I Manager showed great patience and understanding when dealing with a couple of problems caused by me. Actually looking at going back for another car in the near future.

Although an EV, BMW it is in fact the Ultimate Driving machine. Very fast from 0-60 3.7s excellent HP 536 TQ 586. With the booster on it will quick you back in your seat.

He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

The service department is fast and very helpful. They fully explained what was needed and got it done in one day. The benefit of a shuttle service is an added plus!

My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. All staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. All in all our entire experience in buying and having our car serviced at Ourisman has been extremely good.

Excellent vehicle using technology and consideration for human comforts. Lane keep assist is developing each year. Cruise control distance features are well designed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I owned 2006 Matrix and loved that car and so I purchased new 2013 model and hand down the older one to my daughter. Both cars were manual transmission, the ride is little bumpy but I don't care, great economy, great room for stuff like my push mower and very reliable, I don't have to worry about what is going to break next. Unfortunately Toyota stopped making them my 2013 model is the last year.

I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. I purchased a brand-new Toyota Prius Prime XLE plug-in just a month ago on February 2022. The very first thing that I noticed was that the car feel swell-built, i.e., top quality. I wanted a plug-in car so that I can charge the hybrid battery using the solar panels on my home’s roof. A full charge for my Prius Prime using 120v takes about 5 hours from no charge to a full charge. The full charge allows the Prius Prime to run completely on electricity for 25 miles; after that, the hybrid components of gas and electric take over. EPA rates the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in at 133 miles per gallon. I only drive about 6,000 miles a year. After one month the car is getting 200 mpg. I always drive in ECO mode. The interior looks good and feels like it is top quality. The suspension feels solid. I like that the front panel displays mpg automatically, which encourages me to drive conscientiously. Additionally the front panel displays a numerical rating ( of the quality of my driving with respect to ecological value and I like that. The sound/music system is an important component of a car for me. The Toyota Prius Prime sound system is pretty good – I would rate it as a B+/A-. I like that the car comes with free two years of maintenance! The MSRP was reasonable. Mine was $31,284 (February 2022). I had to pay $2500 above MSRP. I would have preferred to pay MSRP. Some Toyota dealers are charging $4,000 to $8,000 above MSRP and that is price gouging that I do not respect. One dealer charges no markup, but they did not have a new XLE car available for several months. I plug in my car every other night to preserve hybrid battery life. An expert recommended this practice. It is OK to charge the hybrid battery every night but, I was told, that will shorten the life-expectancy of the hybrid battery. Before I purchased the Toyota Prius Prime, I called the owner of a local repair shop that works only on hybrid cars (there are many hybrid car manufacturers). I wanted his independent, unbiased opinion of which hybrid car, plug-in or otherwise, was the best and most reliable. He strongly recommended that the Toyota Prius was the best, either the regular hybrid (Prius) or the plug-in (Prius Prime). My opinions are based on driving the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in for only a month. What is important is how well the car will hold up, that is, will it be reliable with minimal repairs and how long the hybrid battery will last. Toyota’s warranty for the hybrid battery is 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first. Note: The Toyota Prius Prime has three models: LE, XLE, and Limited. I chose the mid-priced XLE. Bad: The only built-in music streaming is Sirius, which is free for 3 months then $10 a month. Sirius is good but I prefer but Spotify for music streaming. Unfortunately, I have to have my smart phone attached to use non-Sirius music streaming services. The car has a pad on which we can place the smartphone, but my phone has a case which prevents that from working (phone case is too large). So I have to use a cord to connect my smartphone and that is irritating. One day I may forget to remove the smartphone and someone might break my car’s window and steal it. I wish that Toyota would make adjustments so Spotify and other music streaming devices can play without a smartphone. Also, I wish Toyota would adjust the pad so that a smartphone and case can activate without having to plug in with a wire connector. I traded-in a Camry through Toyota Financial, but they claim they have no record of my pay-off. There is no reasonable excuse for a one-month delay in clearing the Camry payoff. So my recommendation to folks considering buy a new or used Toyota, try to get financing via some financial institution other than Toyota Financial.
