It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

The Nissan Versa Note has been one of my great automobiles I have driven. Has air bags front, passenger, and side. Nice slick design. Has great amenities on the steering wheel for radio Bluetooth, how many miles until empty, Sirius XM, etc. Has more than plenty of room. You have to see it to believe it.

I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

I have owned 5 of these cars, they are such a great car. Reliable, feul efficient and if yoh have the Vibe with the 2.4 liter notir, its quite pepi. I had a 2003 Vibe that went for 348,000 miles. Current 09 has 260,000 on it and still going strong. They dont make cars like this anymore, there all Junk!!

Purchased my first car from him when I was 16. An 01 Tiburon 5 speed that i fell in love with. Car ran great for 4 years before I decided on a newer car. After a couple years I was in a need a car now situation and went back to him. He let me know what was available as well as what he had coming in. I was initially looking for a used Golf, but the more I looked at the Beetle the more I liked it. When I found the one I ended up buying, it was love at first drive. This little car packs a punch with the 2.0T, and will throw you back in your seat. It’s an absolute blast to drive. Handles well around town and on the interstate, where it could easily get one in trouble since it wants to GO. The same engine as is found in the GTI, so this should be unsurprising. Easily gets 30+mpg on the highway when cruising along, typically around 20-25 city. These cars handle city driving just fine, but they are meant for the freeway in my opinion. I find the interior to be quite luxurious. Heated leather seats (not available in the Golf) with plenty of storage compartments. Not many frills, just a sleek and mostly practical dash. The trunk is big enough for grocery runs, and the rear seats fold forward for larger loads. It’s not going to haul large appliances or furniture, although it could possibly carry some bigger stuff on a roof rack. The Fender audio system is impressive, wouldn’t change a thing about it except it could benefit from an updated head unit with CarPlay. This hasn’t been an issue for me. I think the car is a real looker, it turns heads and has drawn the occasional compliment. My used model had some imperfections, but it’s still a great looking car that I want to look after and keep for as long as I can. It feels well built, the doors close with the satisfying weighty thud of a premium vehicle. Overall, I am very happy with my 2013 beetle. It’s not only fun, but it seems to be reliable with a couple caveats that some owners might not be aware of. The 2.0T engine is designed for premium fuel, using regular will eventually damage it. The 2.5 can run regular, but I believe the 1.8T will also want premium. The reason for this is lower octane fuel will cause detonation in these high compression engines. If you don’t know what detonation is, just know it’s bad. The oil needs changed more regularly than the manufacturer recommended 10k miles. 5k to be safe, 7k at a stretch. This is especially true for higher mileage vehicles. Speaking of stretch, there is a known issue with some 2.0T engines where the timing chain stretches over time and many miles, so if buying used that’s something I’d have a mechanic check out. This is an expensive maintenance item, but IF it’s needed, getting it done along with the tensioner and a new water pump for good measure will ensure that the new to you Beetle is reliable for many years and miles to come. The other issue is carbon build up. Getting it cleaned out is not as spendy as the timing chain but it’s also not a cheap fix. I believe this can largely be avoided by using top tier fuel (it contains detergents that help with this) as well as regular oil changes and some regular spirited driving. Would not recommend this car to someone who mainly does town or city driving, the 2.5 engine might be better suited for that. According to my research, the 2.5 is quite bulletproof BUT it’s not good for any engine to be driven at low RPM all the time.

A one owner, Arizona car with 47,860 original miles. Always serviced at Tesla in Scottsdale. The car is great fun to drive, as it's very quick, handles nicely and it's very dependable. About 160 mile range which is perfect for running around town. The navigation system is the best I've ever seen. Super easy to use and very accurate. Operating cost is very low compared to a car powered by a gas engine. I love the car and we're getting a new one.

This is my first hybrid and is also my first Ford. In the past I've had many cars including an indestructible Honda Civic. This review will "compare" with the Civic because the Civic left the biggest impression on us for great reliability and cheap parts. The reason I gave the review 4 stars for reliability is because I had a minor coolant leak (a rusted hose clamp) and Ford charged me $250 to fix the hose clamp. I never had any problems with the Civic we used to have and if we did it was ultra cheap to fix it. Besides the minor problem the Ford C-Max has been great!!! I absolutely Love the high ceiling in the C-max. My head has plenty of room and I'm 6 feet tall. Much more room than the Civic. The Civic had 140hp and this Ford has 188hp, so its much faster than the civic! Also, The C-max costs me $35 in gas every TWO weeks!!! The last two cars I had I was spending $25-40 in gas in one week! So its faster, better gas mileage and more spacious and roomy than pretty much any car I've had lately. So far my experience with my first ford is very good. I like the style, the space inside and the comfort. I got the SE model instead of the Titanium so it doesn't have some bells and whistles. Overall I really enjoy the C-Max. I'm one of the very few people who thinks it looks cool. As for my future purchases... Ford is now on my radar!

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

I've known the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE for the last 10 years, got it new back in 2013, it's at 168,300+ miles at the moment. Not fancy by any means, but the seating isn't bad if you're under 6 feet tall, for example I'm 5'5" and I have decent leg room and headroom, no one else but the driver gets an armrest, for entertainment it has Bluetooth and the speakers are nice, it gets the job done of going from A to B safely without costing an arm and a leg. Small eco cars of course may not favor well in accidents but that's countered by the cheap value, which is great for safe drivers who may not have deep pockets. 35MPG with 12 gallon tank gets you roughly 400 miles full at the 15K price range these days while being fairly reliable, can't really be beat. Only thing I've had to do is change out an electrical board piece, the caliper belt, brakes, battery and the tires, but that's just what it takes to keep a vehicle going long term. One thing I have noticed though is that the transmission has a tough time changing gears when you're at a stop and trying to accelerate out of the first gear, but after that it's smooth sailing. It's been doing that no worse or better for at least a year now, just a quirk at this point. Don't wanna waste any big money on a big part like that if it only happens in low speed conditions where it's safe to be quirky.

Purchased a used car from Napletons last month. The salesman Mike Gonzalez initially created a positive buying experience for us and didn’t pressure us as some other local dealers were. This was much appreciated.The car was delivered to us in an unfavorable condition due to a miscommunication. Napletons had made an effort to get the car to us promptly and as a result a full detail wasn’t performed. The dealership contacted us an had us bring the car back in for a full detail and went above and beyond to rectify our dissatisfaction. They did a great job removing stains and odors that existed from the previous owner. Their efforts were noticed and appreciated. Sometimes it’s the little things that matter and make the biggest difference with customer service.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

We viewed a 2024 KIA Forte online, and Gary was great in assisting us in the process. Stand up salesman. After buying the car I noticed a decent crack in the body underneath the front bumper. Gary had told me to reach out for anything so I did. He quickly consulted with the GM who said they would charge me there cost with minimal labor. I should’ve noticed it originally so I really appreciate the help with the estimate. I will be back to get fixed. Also thanks to John in collision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. For my first car, it’s great and I love it. I’ve always wanted a car that wasn’t giant and making me uncomfortable. It’s extremely comfortable and the trunk space is amazing.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Gave us even a better deal than expected. Highly recommend them. No high pressure and family friendly. Kids really liked the life size Marvel statues.
