This is the best experience I???ve had a dealership by far. Most places have thirsty, pushy sales people that hound you like you???re meat. The staff and sales people were down to earth and easy going. I bought my car the same day and will look to them when it???s time for another purchase.
I was hesitant at first, because I was not greeted in the parking lot. So I went inside and talked with a older gentleman, he was not pushy and seemed very nice. He was somewhat informative, he let me take the car for a test drive with no DL. I would of liked to get the price down a little more, but they di amount for it! South Beloit
The first time I arrived I was treated like a customer already I was welcomed my the car salesman Carl with a warm smile and positive attitude he allowed me to test drive the car of my choice with any hassle of asking me my credit score or any personal information that will either qualify me for the car or not qualify ..it didn't matter he gave me a choice to test drive and that was the best feeling ever being comfortable while shopping ...great people..great buy...great customer service and most of all great Car¿¿
First time here. Glad they had Saturday hours for service and lots of available time slots when I called 10 days before. Shane, a service advisor, was ready to help me as soon as I pulled into the Service Dept. He greeted me right away, was friendly and dressed appropriately. Before I left the area, he plugged a device into the driver area and started evaluating my Regal right away. Shane could tell me immediately that one of my brake taillights was out. He told me he would order the part for the light repair so that this problem can be resolved. He informed me the oil change would take about 45 minutes and he was correct - if not a little bit earlier. The waiting area was clean and there was a water cooler (free), coffee, as well as vending machines. There was also a TV with cable or satellite. In a corner was also a desk and chair - could not tell if there used to be a PC for customer use or not. Overall, very pleased with my first (and certainly not last) service appointment here at Finley Buick GMC. And thank you, Shane. P.S. I received a telephone message yesterday - only 3 days later - informing me my taillight part was in stock so the repair could be scheduled and completed. Nice job! They do what they say they promise. Would have liked a car wash - always got one when I've taken my car to a dealership for service - but maybe they don't offer that.
Service Dept got me in same day when I called because I was concerned when I discovered my oil % was so low (yet not time for oil change). When I arrived for my appointment staff suggested a fuel injector flush also to improve operation and fuel economy so I said yes. I was able to use a 10% off maintenance coupon I received via email so it saved me money and the maintenance work was done in a timely manner. I couldn't believe the difference in how my car ran when I left the lot - just like new! I was glad I got the extra service work! Thank you Finley GMC.
The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
We would recommend Prescott Brothers Ford dealership! We would buy from them again. We also have had our truck repaired by them and was treated very good. Talked to two salesmen, Rob and Jason. Both seem like hard working guys that want to help match you to the right vehicle.
After looking at cars for about 6 months, I stopped in to Prescott just to drive a Fusion, as it was my last car in the list of "comparison cars." Jason was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me at all throughout the day. He also knew I had been previously talking to Jesse, and didn't mind at all that I was asking for his help while Jesse was on vacation.
Jason and Jesse did a great job helping me throughout the experience. After purchasing my car they did everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase, even calling someone in to detail it 2 weeks after my purchase! My family shops at Prescott, and they've won me over, too!
I've dealt with Tom Peck Ford for more than 20 years now and am impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional the entire staff is. Service department has always treated me fairly and both routine service and unexpected repairs are done promptly and done right.
Purchased a used car, great all around experience!
