I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Bruce was great! Very attentive, responsive, honest and fair. The deal was pretty much made before I made the 1.5 hr ride to WRJ and no haggling was required. Being a late Saturday, they could not finish the deal and offered to drive the car to us. Any issues or concerns with the used vehicle we purchased was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Overall experience in all areas were excellent. Our service advisor keep us well informed about the status updates of our vehicle. Very pleased with the total experience of our service.

This car is the whole package: fun to drive, excellent handling, braking & steering, and a great throttle response (with the 1.5 turbo). Plus it comes with a slew of Honda safety features. It is a remarkable upgrade from my 2013 Civic. I hope that over the years, it will have the same reliability.

Just got my Bronco home to Alaska? after a long month:(. Can?t say how happy I am with the vehicle and have no regrets having gone through BMW-Belview. Amy of Maverick, Dorela from finance dept at BMW, and though he was so often so busy to quickly return my contacts, Salesman Brandon at BMW were all very polite, professional, friendly, and helpful through the process. What I do have a problem with, and which I would request re-consideration about, is the process to finally have the Bronco shipped. Younger son and I had flown to Seattle to look at, test drive three Broncos . A ?22 Bronco at Renton Honda, the ?23 at Belview BMW, and a ?24 at Frontier Ford of Anacortes. We returned to Belvue to take a second test drive in the ?23. I had set up pre approved financing through Global CU here in anchorage. We informed the sales manager of my desire to purchase the ?23, and that I had financing via my bank at home. On returning home to Anchorage, I went to my bank with the contact number for BMW Belview . They called twice, leaving a message . No return call was made. Then I received an e-mail from BMW saying I had to apply for credit check with on line portal. I did that as well as complete the ID verification process. After more than three weeks, my bank informed me that they had received a contact from BMW saying my credit was not approved, with information to both the bank as well to my son to wire the money for the vehicle to them. The Bronco had continued to be advertised on CarMax and actually came down $1,100. Though meaning anyone could have purchased the vehicle. I contacted Brandon to see if I would get the vehicle for the new price.. was later told ?they could couldn?t do that ?. I did have ti go through whole process again as if new order, ?agreement to purchase? , ID verification?. Etc. my loan approval had expired after a month and I had the money wired down through cash from my savings account. Again, I am totally happy with the Bronco, enjoyed interacting with all individuals involved in my purchase, and I?ve no regrets having gone through BMW of Belview. Though given the delay, price decrease in advertising while waiting, need to repeat purchase agreement, and as my bank would have wired the money four weeks before had someone responded to their calls, and they would have wired the money two. days after I was in Seattle, I would ask that the the new advertised price be accepted and I be reimbursed the $1100 difference from what I paid. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best
