Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

Went in at start of the month for a State inspection. Was greeted by Samuel Doucette who got me quickly signed in. He was friendly and efficient, and I ended up passing the inspection, and was sent happily on my way.

Excellent vehicle using technology and consideration for human comforts. Lane keep assist is developing each year. Cruise control distance features are well designed. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Bart & Ernie went above and beyond to assure me that the under body was essentially rust free. Bart sent me 6 photos of the under side. Bart even offered 3 different options to get the vehicle to me including picking me up at the airport for free to drive the impala back to northern Maine. This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

very good . the pm's that werte compleated were checked off and not everey box was checked off like last time . it i see a box checked off and that service was not required or compleated i will go somplace other than your location. a good pm programhave has certain guidelines to fallow. the person compleating the pm's should not check of a pm that he did not comcomplete, and checked off after completion. i hav worked with vehicle pm programe in the U,S MARINES AND U.S Army and U.S Air Force . alos for the city of chicopee for 30 years. it was unacceptable and quite shocking when i picked up my truck to find all pm check boxed checked . this was not my last pm with you but the one befor. ,

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

TODAY - I “turned back time…” Years ago, I bought a car from Lia Honda of Enfield, Connecticut. I'll never forget that red bow on the hood of my white Honda. Fast forward to today, October 11, 2025. I purchased another car from Lia Honda of Enfield. On the phone, Mary, a fantastic salesperson, answered all my questions about available cars, prices, and the latest options on Honda vehicles. I was on my way to an appointment at a nearby Honda dealership, but Mary's exceptional customer service convinced me to cancel it. I randomly called Lia of Enfield, because I had questions and drive time. Mary’s “smile” in her voice on the phone brightened my day. Seriously, this was a “thing,” her tone, patience, and incredible efficiency. Mary truly showed that she cared about me as her customer. In person, Mary was warm, kind, and expert. The tour of the available car options amazed me, and I hope I remember all the features! Mary had said over the phone, "We can have you rolling out later today in your new Honda." I smiled, thinking, "No way this can’t be done in one day." Sure enough, everything aligned perfectly, and I drove away in my new 2026 Honda. I want to thank Mary, the sales team, and everyone who prepared the car. Wow, Lia Honda of Enfield really caught my eye! Lastly, as I was "floating" down I-91 South, I noticed the exact colors and models of my previous two Hondas right in front of me. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Karen was absolutely great. She had two vehicles for me to try a RAV4 hybrid and a Corolla Cross. Provided a lot of information about both, wasn’t pushy. I ended up with the Rav4. Super easy process. Was in and out in no time. Pickup day was great too. She ran through a little paperwork, then paired me up with a specialist to run through all the features of the vehicle, even paired my phone for me. A++. I can’t say enough, Karen was great.

The key to the cvt transmission is to change transmission fluid and filter every 30,000. Great commuter car . Driving 60 mph and under I usually get between 37 and 42 miles per gallon. Driving over 60 mph it will range between 33 and 36 mpg . It is small but it's fun to drive .

This is the second used car we have purchased here. We like that they post a link to the carfax on their website. That allows us to research the cars we are interested in before going for a test-drive. These are not auction cars but decent trade-in cars. The buying process is straight forward. They performed a safety check, changed the oil and gave us new brakes all around. We will be back when we need another!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!
