4 minutes ago All I can say that this dealership goes up and beyond when it comes to service . I’m from New York State. I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him. Also a final thank you to all at Murray ford that helped us from beginning to end
2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac review
Purchased in 2000 for work. I’m a hospice nurse & was killing our family car as much as I was on the road. Needed 4WD since rural driveways & roads can be challenging. Other than the normal repairs on a 20 yr old truck, this is the most reliable truck, new & used, I’ve ever owned. I wouldn’t trade it for anything on the market & plan on handing it down to my 2 yr old grandson when it’s time.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

2024 Ford Maverick review
Only has had one glitch, the passenger window switch died after about a month, but that's what the warranty is for, and they fixed it. The hybrid is rated at 38 mpg I think, but I'm getting closer to 48, I log my mileage, so that's a reliable number. Front wheel drive so you don't have the light rear end traction issues. Feels and drives more like a car, but when you want to load stuff the bed is there. Unless you want a big heavy duty truck, which it isn't, there's nothing not to love about it.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2019 Nissan Titan review
I've had my 2019 Texas Titan edition for 3 years now. I test drive the F150 and the 1500 Silverado but this Titan interior quality was so much better. Thicker windows for a quieter ride and thicker dashboard that doesn't feel like cheap plastic. I've got 80K miles on this now with zero issues. No complaints at all and so happy I went with this. I don't haul anything heavier than 3K lbs so I can't speak to heavy hauling. Every day driving and long distance riding it's fantastic.

Let me tell you a little story, I bought 2 new cars from Michael Garcia. A Ford Edge ST and a Ford Eco Sport. I live all the way in Springfield Ga ( Up 95 N, the last exit before entering South Carolina. ) about a 2 hour drive. The reason for the drive is not only for the best prices around, but also for the knowledge, experience, welcoming way my wife and I interacted with Michael. A year goes buy and a check engine light pops up on my Eco Sport and I reach out to Michael. He immediately scheduled a tow truck to pick up and deliver it to JC Lewis Ford in Savannah Ga It was the closest Ford dealership to my house. JC Lewis informs me that my fuel pump is bad. This is where the nightmare with JC Lewis begins. After telling me that it will be only a day or 2, im finally contacted a week later saying my engine was ruined. The Eco Sport only had 20k miles. JC Lewis says they need to see what can be done after hinting that I would be responsible for to cost. Even while having a full bumper to bumper warranty. I ask for a rental and am told they don't have any. 2 weeks go by with no progress no retal no loaner. I relay all this to Michael and I'm immediately contacted by a car rental company saying Michael has lined up a rental for me. He says he will see what he can do. Even though my car wasn't even at his dealership, Michael works with me to open a case with Ford Corporate. Long story short, Corporate finds all fault with JC Lewis and gets the warranty work done while having to give a daily update to me and my rep from Corporate. After a moth, I finally get the car back but after the whole ordeal with JC Lewis my wife no longer trust the Eco Sport. Back to Michael I reach out to. He works with us for hours over the next few days answering all of our questions, digging through inventory all around trying to find cars that my wife would like, and even works dozens of different quotes for many many cars. We finally find one that is perfect and Michael remembers that my wife is in the military from our previous deal and does 99% of the work before we even get there hours later. When we arrive in Kingsland we see my wife's brand new 2022 Ford Edge cleaned, polished, and parked under the awning with my wife's name printed on a banner that says VIP and placed on the windshield. My wife was so excited seeing her new car shinning beautifully with her name on it. Then to her surprise most all paperwork was done by Michael and we only needed a few signatures. After about an hour, she is on her way extremely happy in her new car with a full tank of gas. Im sitting at Murray Ford today for a service on my Edge ST and wanted anyone who reads this that no matter how much gas is, I will gladly drive the 2 hours here and 2 hours home to have our vehicles looked after by Murray Ford. Why? I've lost ALLLLLL trust and respect for JC Lewis. I will come here because here I am treated like family, I trust that my vehicles will be taken care of and my time and money is respected. I feel welcomed here at Murray. These people actually care about everyone who walks through their doors. If you want to be treated like a person with your own life story and respected instead of being seen as a cash grab then I can not recommend enough that you take the time to give these reps to earn your business. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2019 Dodge Durango review
2019 GT Plus has 73k miles and haven’t had major issues just brakes and normal wear on the vehicle. Drives great, easy to park and feels like a car not a clunky SUV. Would love it to be larger bc I have 3 kids but other than that it’s great!

2018 Lexus GS 350 review
This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

2020 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 63 review
After owning this car for 2.5 years I never had any driving experience like this besides driving in my C63 with its violent and raw power and very willing to burn off its own tires also very powerful torque, but it also has it luxurious amenities like comfortable seat’s and overall ok build quality maybe except the footwell with has hard plastic that is not desirable same with the reliability but what do you expect of reliability of a bi-turbocharged v8. Overall I love my C63 and its engaged driving experience!
