I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

I bot my CR-V here and really enjoyed it. Service was always great. Especially the folks that take care of me in the beginning. They are all friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. My service contact was a really great young man. His name is Chris. I turned over the car and its service to him and he did a great job for me. My big surprise was at the end of the day another good guy, Josh, made me a bid for my car and I ended up selling it back to the dealer. I was thrilled! I like my car: Works reliably, drove long distances without any problem. After 5 years, LED lighting stopped shining, but Honda Service replaced it, re-extending the warranty. Thanks, Bradley.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. Trinity was extremely helpful- we showed up in the evening with a baby and had limited time to discuss our preferences/options. Even though we had other cars we wanted to look at elsewhere, Trinity did such an amazing job showing us the benefits of the vehicle and we were able to close a deal quickly! I purchased my black on black 2017 Accord EX-L Sedan with Navigation and Sensing Suite in early January 2020. I came from a 2003 Civic EX Sedan which was some serious technology shock for me. After being in a horrible high speed car with a friend in his 2001 Civic LX Sedan and him dying the following it scared me. I wanted larger, heavier and modern safety features with comfort and fuel efficiency. But this is the most comfortable and nicest car that I have ever had the privilege of owning. Nit to mention for a big black sedan, Raven is just sexy.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

2017 LX-S. Last year of the 2-door coupe. Bought it brand new. Ordered it and had it made. Only took 2-3 weeks. Great car! Looks beautiful. Love the styling. Very rich looking. Turned in my end-of-lease BMW and had the Honda salesman pick me up with the LX-S at the BMW dealership. The BMW salesmen were stunned and actually asked if they could sit in it. They said, "THIS is a Honda? Wow. Nice car." Runs flawlessly. Had to replace the battery after 3 years and tires after 4 1/2 years. That's it. Comes standard with: alloy wheels, PS, PB, PW, Cruise, dual A/C control, Bluetooth, USB interface, color back up camera, 185 HP, CVT auto trans, and paddle shifters like the BMW had. Steering is tight and performance is impressive. It will run with the fastest traffic on the interstate without breathing hard. The CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is so smooth. No shift points. Operates flawlessly. A real pleasure to drive. Realistically averages 28-30 MPG around town on regular gas. All in all, a great car. Looks great. Runs great. Worth $20K - $23K on the used car market which is close to what I paid for it. When and if I ever sell it, it will be for another Honda Accord.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Our sales person Samuel was accommodating, helpful, made sure we knew all of our options, and made the process so much easier. Sheryl in the back office where I signed all of the new owner paperwork and forms made it so much fun! Great staff. I came there to get a used car because my husband had such a great experience there last year getting his car.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

It?s good I did my research and only went here to look at the one truck. With an over 800 credit score I anticipated it to be a quick purchase but they lost the keys then couldn?t find the sales guy that had the keys. Finally do the credit app and I have to fight for them to look for the lowest rate because they came back with the highest that popped up. If I didn?t want the truck so much I would?ve left. We finally get it finalized to go to finance and the finance guy was a shiny moment. Very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed extra late to get it done. Mia did good as a sales person but once the purchase was done she acted like any additional needs or questions were an inconvenience. Tracey in service was excellent!!
