3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Good customer service. They do car wash every time for everytime you get service at this dealership. They also take videos on vehicle what?s been done.

I absolutely love my new car. Great design, great on gas, love the color I chose. This car and dealership here in Forest City NC are the best.

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

Overall my 2022 Honda Accord is a great car. I have the Touring 2.0 with nearly everything. It is comfortable, decent gas mileage and very peppy. I have heard mixed reviews on the 1.5 liter so do your own research before purchase. My few little grips are quite minimal, radio antenna does not get the greatest reception. Better have the windows up before cleaning windows (this may be a gimme, I got spoiled with my last cars water channel). The lane departure warnings are a little finnicky at times but for the most part works good. With slushy roads the front sensor by the license plate will give errors on the dash . have to disable it (it ices over easy). Otherwise a perfect car. I quite literally love it and could not ask for anything more.

Jonathan Benson and team were very helpful and made the new car process go smooth. I traded in a Toyota Camry and they were able to give me what other car buying companies had quoted me, so that was also helpful.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

We’d been shopping for a new car for about two weeks and finally decided on a Honda Accord. Most of the dealerships didn’t have the color we wanted. I called Jose at New Century Honda and they had the car available plus they beat the best offer we had received by over $400. When we arrived Jose was friendly and did everything he could to make the buying process painless—which it was (Thank you to the finance guy, Omar, for being informative, thorough and friendly!). Jose not only helped me set up my Apple Play, he told me I could call him with questions anytime. That level of customer service after you’ve already bought the car is unheard of. I visited multiple Honda dealerships for written quotes, including a Costco Auto Program referral. When I visited New Century Glendale, I did not share the competitive quotes. New Century Sales Manager George Amezcua beat every quote by reasonable margins -- and a huge savings from the Costco referral quote. The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal. I have had my share of bad experiences and good experiences in car buying but this one was THE best especially considering the particularity of my financial health. After my credit took a blow from a recent economic hardship, I was apprehensive of stepping into a dealership or engaging any financial institution. I did not wish to be put in a bad light and judged merely because of my credit situation. At the same time, I didn't necessarily need the car so I was in a good position to decline any outrageous, high-interest offers. Well, it didn't take long for my unease to dissipate, or even form rather. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Bill directly to inquire about the car and financing options. What I didn't expect was for him to personally respond, and so promptly! With that I knew, it would be worth a trip to Ontario (which by the way is right off the 15 freeway; and a couple of other things to note: they have a courtesy shuttle and service is open both Saturday and Sunday). Oh and the Special Finance manager Jaime (no, I did not spell his name wrong), he is very knowledgeable and was instrumental in pushing forth an efficient negotiation. And Mr. McGrath? He was there every step of the way! For top management to be ever so present and involved means a lot! Everyone worked so harmoniously together and provided for a seamless transaction. Even after the purchase, they remain attentive and consistent in their care and communication of my car needs.
