So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

The service attendant was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked about my desire to replace air filters, which I elected to have done.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

That I can trust Muller to do the professional work needed with the care and concern both myself and my vehicle deserve.

Tim and the entire service department went above and beyond to get my civic fixed and while I was at work. There were sensors going off that they handled and got rid of some corrosion around my battery so I wouldn’t get stranded. I will always take my car to Zeigler, even though I live in Milwaukee now.
