Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. Discovered I had a loose plastic guard underneath my car. Was able to get an appointment same day and replace the missing clips that hold the guard in place. Everyone was courteous, the wait time was reasonable for a no-appointment service visit, and the work was done satisfactorily. Was also able to get an area of concern inspected and confirm that no follow-up appointment was needed, saving me a second trip.

It was a pleasure working with PO and Adam. Car was priced fairly and we didn't have to hassle too much over the extended warranty. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Would purchase again here.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit.
