I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! Amazing experience, showed up on one of their busiest days and still got A class service. My salesperson did a great job showing me and my wife the vehicle features.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Eric is my go to guy for maintenance and oil changes in my car. He?s always very helpful, I love my little Honda and he helps me make sure it runs smoothly keep it on the road. The service lobby is super big and the waiting area is great. There?s chairs for lounging, there?s laptop study sections and the best of all a self serve snack bar.

Gabby Thomas, Service Advisor extraordinaire, did a great job scheduling my 2018 Honda Accord Touring for a replacement battery, and the battery was installed perfectly. If you own a Honda and you need a battery, I recommend purchasing it at David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Take note; my experience has been the batteries Honda installs have a better warranty versus the auto parts store batteries. After many years owning Hondas, I find using Honda parts installed by Honda technicians is the way to go.
