I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! While still not a fan of the whole car buying experience, the Lia team made the best of it for us. We actually felt for Edwin Guzman as it seemed he was juggling a couple of sales at once. He took all the time needed with us to go over the Ridgeline's features and got our phones paired for us. Business office visit was fairly painless and probably as quick as it could be. Overall, a good experience for us.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I had left another dealer when the salesperson did not acknowledge me in any way and when I asked for help to buy a new gently used car he said “ I have nothing to offer you.” I found Ed to be the opposite. Helpful , polite and courteous, he had three cars to choose from and he made my experience easy and rewarding . Had my windshield replaced on my new Jeep Compass due to small defect in the glass yesterday. They fixed my problem. The new windshield is very nice and I am well pleased. I also had a 1 on my inspection sticker and the new windshield sports a 1 which pleases me.
