Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

Kevin Eng is an exceptional service person. Honda is lucky to have him. He always makes sure we are taken care of and he has been our service person for years. The only thing we don’t like about Sierra Honda is how they constantly ask us to post reviews over and over and I think they grade their people based upon reviews. It’s a hardship on their customers.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! At the end of this conclusion, I left Carson Honda a happy and satisfied customer .. The finance department was also amazing with identifying all my finance questions and was able to educate me regarding my Honda purchase. I would recommend for anyone who?s looking for outstanding services to stop and pay Carson Honda a visit # customer service I guarantee!

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

My overall experience at Sierra Honda was positive. I did not feel intimidated or pushed to buy the vehicle I was considering purchasing. The salesman, Vincent Nguyen, could not have been more accommodating. He patiently listened to all of my questions and provided thorough answers. Throughout the process he was friendly and easy to talk with. I did end up buying the car, and felt confident about the purchase, and glad Vincent had been my salesman.

Ed Ringler was great.. He got me the CRV Hybrid that I was looking for at a great price. He spent time walking me through all the options and gave me great advice on programming the settings. Would most definitely recommend buying from Ed.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!
