Visited Honda of Cocnord today to purchase a used CR-V. This is my 4th time buying from Robin Owens. She is the main reason I keep coming back to Honda of Concord. Today I also worked with Jakob in addition to Robin. Jakob had very similar qualities as Robin?kind, patient, outgoing, and easy to talk to. Will continue purchasing from Honda of Concord in the future and hopefully from Robin and Jakob as well. Overall I choose Robin and Jakob for car purchases as they do things in an efficient manner (in and out in less then 6 hours today), they?re easy to communicate with, they?re both down to earth, and overall just good people!

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

From Robin Owens the sales guru, to Brian Emmrich the finance director, it was the easier and most pain free experience buying a car. I was greeted right away, and they explained the process clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how courteous Bonniewas and how she took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear they care about both safety and customer satisfaction. My service tech, Julie, was very professional and courteous. I did not have an appointment for service, but Julie reached out to the service department manager and informed me that they would be able to work me in. My Yukon was running hot and as I suspected, the thermostat was needing replacement. Randy Marion had the part on hand and Julie told me to allow for several hours. The work was done on time and there were no surprise additional costs or fees. The whole experience was why I keep going back to Randy Marion Buick / GMC.
