My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

This is the first Honda I have owned and I absolutely love my car. I've always like to looks of the 6th gens and got mine for a smoken price from my co-worker. This car is super easy to work on. Especially with all of the videos that are out there. I've done all kinds of upgrades to it and parts are pretty reasonable. I just did a motor swap on it. It only had 369,000 +/- miles and it still has the original automatic transmission. Infact, most of if not all the parts I have replace where original. What an amazing car.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

My partner and I both brought our Honda Accords to GPH. ONe for Collision repair for auto hit and run and my car for service ( primarily brakes ). As usual we both were very happy with the service received. No problems, considered the info and contact with Branden and Kam was excellent. Both always go out of their way to make sure the appointment runs smoothly and within the expected time frame. We always travel the longer distance than necessary fsrom our home due to the way we are treated and always feeling that the work is done properly . We also always appreciate sthe overall check up on all pasrts of the car . Suggestions of anticipasted servcice on the car in check up on tires, battery, fluid levels etc etc are always appreciated. Excellent is the best description we can offer to GPH, Kam and Brandon and the service tech that worked on the casr. Overall, my partner was also very satisfied with the Hendrix Collision work done on his car. He thought the work done on his car looked excellent too. As a side note , I really appreciated Brandon bringing to my attention the recall on my daytime running lite since it was not working and I was not aware of the 10 yr extension of this recall. We also always appreciate the free car wash every time we bring the Accords in for service. Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

Every time I visit the Gwinnett Honda dealership I always have great customer service, which I?m really big on. Trevin Hendricks was the perfect gentleman, he stayed in communication with updates regarding my car and made sure the entire process went smoothly. 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

Great experience, Robert (Service Advisor) did a great job taking me in without an appointment. I had already purchased a MB switch cluster to install on my left side of the steering wheel. He got it in the shop immediately and had it complete within a couple hours.

I traded in my 2018 Accord in for a 2022. One week later, I asked for my car back. 2018 far more a BETTER Car. Last Honda of 1 I will own.

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

While my 2014 Accord has but 78000 miles on it, it has been showing its 10+ years of age. Power train is fine, but brakes recently showed alarming tendency to seize (corrosion). More recently, I hear either a wheel bearing or CV joint starting to fail in the front end. Also the original starter motor failed at ~40000 miles requiring its replacement. This was not unique to my Accord. I have owned 3 Accords. This 2014 has been the most troublesome. Has Honda's quality control in general been slipping? This Accord would seem to make me believe it has.
