I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. I recently had an issue with my car and needed to turn it in early and get a new one. Let me start off by saying looked at several cars and worked with several dealerships, I did a lot of online research. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot.
