I chose Liberty Honda after doing research and tons of test driving at multiple dealerships. They won out because I decided on a Honda and I had such a good experience test driving there. Lori was so helpful, NOT pushy and overall really great to work with. Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and wait until I found the RIGHT car. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the week before because they took my car keys to value my trade and then were CRAZY pushy and more or less demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave--I finally told them I refused to be pushed into buying a car and would ABSOLUTELY NOT be purchasing that evening, so they finally relented. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...Liberty got me GREAT financing (I was shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade. Plus the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play around for hours "haggling" Being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! The whole experience was easy and painless- Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!

Great experience, traveled 450 miles to look at a used car and their online description of the car was excellent. Car was worth the drive . The dealership as a whole was professional and down to earth. My salesman was Xavier was awesome, and knew the car , even tho it was a GM traverse. Thank you all for a nice experience!!

Kyle was great start to finish! I pulled into the bay and he looked up with a big smile. Kyle explained what were the service recommendations. I also shared that a family member went to the hospital and needed to be in and out quickly which was done. Kyle shared he was a recent hire. I hope he is recognized for great customer service. Every time I bring my truck in for maintenance. I'm greeted with smiles. This time, it was Mark who greeted me. He is kind and very amiable. After awhile, Mark came up to me and explained that my truck needed transmission fluid replaced and I told him that i needed to speak with my husband. Well, after going back and forth with him, I was able to get an go ahead and asked Mark if we could do it. Little did I know, they had taken my truck down and washed it by the time the decision was made. I went to Mark and explained that my husband wanted it done. With a smile on his face, Mark said “You got it!”. When it was ready, Mark called my name and explained everything to me and walked me over to cash out. He was very pleasant to talk to and very easy going. It was then he told me the technician had washed my truck for the second time. These guys are amazing!!! I wouldn't want to take my truck anywhere else. Big thank you to Mark and especially the technician who worked on my vehicle! Thank you!

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.
