I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.

Very nice car. My previous was a 2020 Accord. This hybrid Accord Sport L is way better. Do not get me wrong. The 2020 is a very good car. Someone is quite happy with it, no doubts. I recommend buying a spare. I chose Modern Spare. Spendy. Great quality. Hope I never use it. The spare fits underneath the trunk where the inflator is. Just remove the foam. Comes with everything you need plus a threaded plate to secure it. All fits in and around the spare. Plus, I got jumper cables in there. We think the car is quiet. I notice others think not. Plenty of power. Mileage I have gotten is much better than what it is rated at. Love the paddles. Fake down shifters. Much less use of brakes for lights and stop signs. Planning to keep this car for quite awhile.

So I live in NYC and wanted a hybrid. Why? The car I used to have (2000 impala 3.8) was doing 9 to 13 mpg with an 18-gallon tank. No thank you. I looked into all the hybrids and looked at three hybrids. 1. 2018 BMW 530e plug-in hybrid. Much better car than the Accord in MOSTLY every way but three areas. First, somehow it's not as efficient as the accord hybrid in terms of overall range which is odd. I don't have a place to plug in the car to reap the benefits of a plugin. Secondly, reliability and maintenance. Let something go wrong on a BMW let alone a BMW hybrid at that. And after doing some research the maintenance on a BMW is ridiculously! Ill stick with the Honda for that purpose. 2. Any Toyota Hybrid. Proven hybrids but the Camry is boring and ugly Avalon Hybrid is pricey. xxxx no to a Pruis. 3. Accord Hybrid. At first, I did not want an Accord at all. Why? because EVERYONE and their mommas owned one! I noticed that there were a lot of sport trim accords but not hybrids. So I went searching for a hybrid accord. I tested drove one, and brought it immediately! but where is why and here is my noticings. 1. The price I paid for my CPO 2018 Accord Hybrid Touring with 32k miles (no accidents) excellent conditions was $20,500 before taxes and etc. That is a STEAL! because I got an offer where if I sold it I can get 24k for it. 2. It really is a pretty car inside and out. Rides nice. One thing I will say is the road noise can be a little loud but it's not deafening! I changed the tires it came with and it made a difference. 3. MPG. So it is weird. When I purchased it in the winter of 12.31.20, I didn't at first see 47 mpg that it is rated for by the EPA. I saw maybe 38/39 on the highway (and at one point 33 mpg when it was really cold outside going 70+) and 27/28 in the city which isn't bad considering NYC's stop-and-go traffic. Also, batteries don't perform at their best when it is BRICK CITY outside! However, as the weather warms up I can see my average range and mpg creeping up. 47 MPG is achievable though!!!!! I had seen it more often. But don't let this deter you because it is efficient. 4. 12 ish gallon tank. Let's say you average 34/35 mpg, you'll get 420 miles of driving. I'm getting that in mostly 85% city driving rest city. Not too bad. My average speed in NYC is 8/9 miles per hour. However, when I drove to ATL where my average speed was more like 30/40 it will do 45/46. If you going above 65/70+ I average about 40/41 mpg. Still not bad. Cost under $30 to fill. I refuel every 3 weeks or so. 5. Don't let the hybrid badge fool you! It will do 60 in 6.8 sec! Not fast like the 2.0T but faster than the 1.5T. More efficient than both! Not too bad for a hybrid. Oddly enough, it will spin the tires. 6. Tall drivers listen up! I am 6ft 3.4 210 lbs. Some tall folks say they are fine driving it comfortably and others no so much. It not bad if your a giant like me. I would love another inch or two of legroom as a driver. For me, it's all about foot placement but I'm working on trying to move the seat back another inch or so. 7. Rarity. Accord isn't "rare" per see but I don't see a lot of hybrid accords 8. It's a honda. What can possibly go wrong? Do your maintenance when the car recommends and it will run forever and a day. But it is a hybrid so as a safety measure I'm glad I purchased a CPO honda. Doubt I'll ever use it considering that people who had the 2018's from new are reporting little to no problems but it is great to have. You never know! So yes, I like/borderline love it. It's a very nice livable car that happens to be efficient, reliable, and easy to drive.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

I Love this car. It had all the safety feature you would think of Lane assist etc. The 50 MPG + and really comfortable. Great driving in the city or highway

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

Over 50+ vehicles i’ve owned in over 50 years of driving, this 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring is on of the best cars i’ve had and would certainly purchase it again as well as highly recommended this as a fantastic, roomy, quiet, smooth ,comfortable, powerful if asked, very economical and excellent styling 4 door sedan with a reasonably price point. To me a car is more than just point a to point b daily driver. I have to enjoy the time on the road during that a to b driving. Any thing with wheels can do a to b. But to do that at a reasonable price AND have a comfort and the latest in standard features and equipment you’ll be hard pressed to find anything close to this car. Most others are too expensive, too cramped, lacking in technology, feel like your in a toy car, have a sloppy ride, and weak overall performance. 235/45/19 tires are very well damped to take away that truck ride feel but still absorb all bumps without the clunks, squeaks,rattles and other noises usually associated with a stiffer ride but still giving you a precise feel of the road without the jarring of a stiffer suspension design. The sight lines are well available without obstruction. The LED lighting and auto high beams are superb living here in Florida where too many cities haven’t discovered street lighting Purchased used 33k mi, now 37k avg mpg is true 44-48 regular gas, stock.

I mostly drive highway, 35mpg average. Easy to get 50mpg in the city. The OEM tires are dangerous in rain. I dumped them the first month after hydroplaning at 55mph in light rain. It was a frightening 45 mile commute, while everyone was flying by me and I couldn't maintain the speed limit. 20k trouble free miles. Average 35mpg. Good power and handling.

Best purchase of a new car I have ever had. With all the noise of very few new cars to choose from, I found that not the case with them. Got the car the color at a fair price and on my way in with very little time spent at the dealership.

The best car I have ever owned. Dependable, great looking, perfect performance. I just wish the foot rest on the driver side was not where it is. The headlights were the brightest.

Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

My husband loved this car, it was really hard to get in and out especially for an older person for sure. Other than that it was a good car.

I purchased this vehicle which was in mint condition around 3 years ago very cheap do to the hybrid battery being bad so I found a fairly new one from a manufacturer for 950 dollars .this was my son's first car __ I have to tell you he change the headlights and taillights to the more led now aday lights and changed the radio to a 10 inch screen touchstone with a backcamara and Navi he also put 2023 honda accord ex brand new tires and rims off a new accord he found on Craigslist for 1000 dollars . I have to tell you some young people in his school that know nothing about cars think the car is a brand new car. I have to tell you the only thing that this car had a pr9blem from the get go was the hybrid battery and after we installed a fairly new one from a company that sells them and recondition them the car is one off the best cars my family has ever owned .I have owned newer Hondas by the was and this one is far better than any new one by proformance and maintaince and reliability to bad they don't make them like this anymore.

I had a great experience purchasing a used 2014 Ford Explorer. The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

I have been taking my Hondas to Klein Honda for the past several years. I have purchased two Hondas from them and had good experiences each time. Gary Moore in the service department always does a great job getting my cars in and keeping me informed of what work is being done on them. He makes good recommendations that I can trust.

First time to own a hybrid and so far very pleased. Pretty good acceleration and mileage better than advertised. So far just over 50 mpg.

I have been bringing my 31-year-old Honda there where other people couldn't figure out what was wrong. They got to my car the very next day. kept me informed as they said they would. Had me back in my car in no time.

Great highway hybrid. Since my commute is mostly on the highway I looked for a hybrid that excelled that way, and the Accord does. Gets around 40mpg even when average highway speed is ~75mph. Even though it's a hybrid, it has plenty of acceleration when you need it. Stomp on the pedal and both the gas and batteries kick in giving plenty of power. Super comfortable and reliable. Only complaint is the "infotainment system". No volume knob is still irritating - which they have gone back to by now. And the Android auto takes a while to integrate and get going, irritating when you want to just get going to your destination and waiting for maps to load. Still a great vehicle overall.

I've been looking for a BMW 535d preferably a 2016 that wasn’t some clapped out facebook marketplace “special“. If you know about bmw diesels they are hard to come by for a good price around here. Let me tell you Jose got me right with just what I wanted, paint in pristine condition, interior spotless and the engine running good. Great price for what was to offer. And on top of it the customer service Jose was happy to awnser all my questions and make the process simple to me as a first time car buyer. We went to the dealership without an appointment to get a front right signal replaced. They, as always, were awesome. Kevin was SO nice and fast! Had me in and out in 45 minutes!

This review was written after slightly less than 1600 miles. The transition between battery and gas power is smooth and all but undetectable, and I love seeing the mpg rise so nicely. I keep it in econ and normal mode (not sport) and the acceleration is fantastic (although my cherished mpg does suffer a touch). The LED headlights are focus to keep incoming drivers from being blinded. The automatic switch between high and low beams has been spot on. The only negative part of my experience would be the driver's seat. It isn't as comfortable as the Accord deserves. It's nice, but I think it could be better. I'm happy with this purchase!

My salesman, John Crandall, was the best. He was a good listener, stayed within my bottom line, went above and beyond to find me the right car at the right price. He answered any and all questions I had, never rushed me in my decision. I will be spreading John's name to family and friends as the guy to go to. I bought a Honda 2023 EX-L Accord Hybrid. Love the car, but furious there was no Sirius-XM software installed on the model. You now only get that on the Touring (Most expensive)Trim model. I had to have it installed by an independent company into the car for an additional $650. Why not offer it at least as an extra that a Honda Mechanic can execute a software upgrade in the radio system which installs it? You put the Sirius/XM software in all your cars when it first became available, and now you only put it in the Touring Trims! Ripoff!! Also, the phone system; Often the bluetooth gets set up to link your cellphones in the new car and then a few hundred miles down the road it fails and you have to do a complete reboot of the cellphone bluetooth system and then re-link your cell phones all over again to get it to work. This has happened twice to me and I have only got 6000 miles on the new car!
