Would recommend this dealership specifically if you are needing help in service. My advisor was Jacob Skaalen. Super sweet kid, knows what he’s doing. He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time and the communication while my vehicle was in the dealerships was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

First time owning a Honda and it has been a pleasure. Handles wonderfully, great on gas. I had a choice between this and a new Accord but I have way more features on my Civic and it’s big enough for me (I rarely have passengers).

I rarely leave reviews even for businesses i like and respect but i wanted to leave one for Arizona Best Cars because they are worth leaving a 5 star review for. I went there based on the many many positive reviews and i understand why they get so many 5 star reviews. I initially went there to test drive the Genesis G70 and Kia K5 they had on the lot and after test driving both I was leaning towards the Kia but wasnt completely convinced that it was the right car for me. Michael then showed me the owner's Maserati Ghibli that he was selling on the lot and after sitting in it and taking it for a quick test drive i knew that was the car I wanted. Even though that car was more expensive than the other 2 cars i was interested in Michael got me incredible financing that made the payment very affordable. He was able to get me a lower interest rate on a used Maserati than my regular credit union was able to offer me on a new car. Initially i was going to trade in my BMW but the next day i decided i wanted to sell it and i contacted Michael again and he agreed to buy my BMW for the price i was asking which is incredible service. The customer service here is amazing, they care about their customers which is a trait that is missing in just about every used car dealership today. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if i could give them a 10 star rating i would.

Honda Civic is very well known for there reliability reputation and resale value. These are definitely a fantastic car. I, don't have any problems with mine. I, purchased this car new, and I have been taking care of it to my best.

Aloha, my experience with service advisor Mr. Mitch Timothy was pleasant. My car is a BMW X5 XDR40I Sports AC, and it did not need much service, just minor cosmetics requiring minimal interaction with the service department. I can report that at all times, Mr. Timothy was polite and knowledgeable as he answered all my questions about future service health requirements for cars. Is, without a doubt, the Service Department offers professional service that will keep my car healthy.

The salesman was very helpful in locating a Audi that fit my requirements. However, I was surprised that there was an error on the sales tax applied to the car. This was eventually discovered and corrected, but it was unclear why it occurred in the first place.

Just bought this car for my son to go to college in. He also works for Shipt and the 35 miles a gallon is outstanding. This little Civic with a turbo should last my son his entire college courier.

I've had Hondas since late seventies and they've gotten better every car. My latest is the 2022 civic sport touring. The features and comfort and performance are outstanding. Highly recommend this car. My best one yet.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

We were looking to purchase a first car for our Son. I looked at 100's of cars before finding a couple preowned gems offered by Mark Kia. A quick call to the dealership got me in touch with Kayla Van Hise. That turned out to be very fortunate for us. I explained my interest in one car over the phone with her the evening before. I added two more picks to the list via text messages with Kayla on the way to the dealership the next morning. Turned out that the first car I arranged to see was still having service work done and was not available for a test drive yet. Not to worry. Kayla saw to it that the other cars I was interested in were clean and ready before we arrived. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Kayla. One of the cars needed to be moved over from the Mark Mazda dealership up the street in order for us to be able see and drive it on a Sunday. Kayla kept up with my texts and really went out the way to retrieve that car in time for our appointment. I noticed the effort it took and really appreciate her going the extra mile in a short time frame. It turned out to be the car our son gravitated to and the one I felt good about purchasing. It is the perfect car for our needs and we would not have had a chance to see it that morning without Kayla's diligence. She took time to understand and identify with our Son's big day. Our purchase experience with Kayla is what customer service is supposed to be like. She was cheerful and upbeat without fail. She worked to remove options I did not want without any pressure. This car is perfect for me it’s a six speed manual and the turbo is fun and responsive. My only qualm is that the door handles inside are fabric, does not make well for long term wear. It cleans well but I’m worried as it gets older it won’t look as nice.

Outstanding service department. I purchase my vehicles at Liberty Buick because when I need service on my vehicle I.always receive courteous, knowledgeable service. They go out of their way to help you. My daughter had a stroke a few months ago and we had a follow up appointment with the surgeon across town.I let my oil level get to low and made an appointment to have the change done. My service consultant,Sarah Kutcher,was able to change my appointment time at the last minute and the technician met me outside the service area. I got to the hospital on time. Now that is service.

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

This car has all the fun facts about it. Handles very nice. It has really comfortable seats. Excellent fuel economy mileage. Nice looking stereo system. Just my overall experience, I like having this car.

Reliable car I'm 6ft 3 inches tall and fit decently in the car. This little thing handled the snow okay and the car has good gas mileage paid 8k for it with 48 thousand miles on it. Takes long trips good only thing I've noticed is the vibration due to the motor mounts that's about it over very reliable

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

We have two 2020 Civics, one is a Hatchback Sport, the other is a Coupe EX, both with the 1.5t/CVT. Combined mileage, 68,000 mi. MPG On the Coupe 39.6MPG with 50/50 city/rural. On the Hatch, 31MPG with 90% city (SoCal). Zero issues on the Coupe. One A/C (warranty) fail on the Hatch. Nothing else. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!

Purchased a very nice luxury car from out of state. Dealt with Moe the owner. Moe treated me with respect and honesty (which I greatly appreciated). We did a little haggling over the price and came to an agreement. I placed a deposit down to hold the car until the following Monday. Everything went smoothly and fast with my financial institution and the deal was finalized on Tuesday. I took a flight into Scottsdale arriving on Wednesday, and arriving late. Mr. Grant stayed in contact with me to pick me up from my hotel the next day, however they ended up being short staffed and requested I take an Uber and they'd reimburse me for the ride. Upon arrival, the car was as described and Chris completed my paperwork quickly. Moe came by and reimbursed me for my ride and I was on my way. I drove 1686 mile home the car ran perfectly and was a dream. There were a couple of functions not working by way of the key fob, however I believe it's just a matter of the key fob needing reprogrammed. My over all experience with this dealership was one of the best I've had. I had read many of the reviews on this dealership ( before purchasing the car I chose) and I can not speak to others experiences. That being said, everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful and very helpful. The car was as presented and I would highly recommend them and this dealership.

this is my first honda civic ex 1.8L this is the best engine size for this model made.all hondas are great,this car is comfortable inside drive beautifully and i had cars from audi’s to bmw to hondas and this 2013 civic ex drive great.it has 219k on it now because thru cov19 i was driving alot and i change belts battery tires motor mounts and this car drive like is brand new.

I was referred by my credit union. We were greeted and could have roamed the indoor "barn" at our leisure but elected to ask for directions. There was no pressure. Danny showed us cars based on our preferences, we sat in any car we chose, and finally found the car that fit our wants and needs. It came time to finally get rid of the experiment - Hyundai. It had served me well for several years, then it started to have every problem imaginable. I went back to Honda and bought my first Civic. The EX model has everything I need, including much better performance than any Hyundai. Dealers are stingy with the deals on Honda, but I found one at Carmax that looked like it was priced about $1000 less than the Honda dealerships in town.

This place is amazing. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. THE BEST THING is that they allowed me to test drive it by myself and even take it to a mechanic to have it fully inspected before buying. This was by far the best thing about the dealership, especially because pep boys is right down the road for inspection. MOST DEALERSHIPS don’t allow you to have it inspected but there you go, avoid lemons by having it inspected. Demarea was VERY HELPFUL. We were able to negotiate the out the door price before going there, and really the fees are very minimal compared to most dealerships. Demarea and James Hunter are willing to work with you and your budget. Plus, I believe that their prices are below the average price. DOUBLE WIN. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

2016 civic transmission failure! Thought it may be covered by warranty, but no! Loss of this cost too much and disappointment to say the least!!!

I was looking for a very specific car; year, model, color, trim and found about 10 available in the country and none in my state. After a couple bad experiences I found the car at Goldies.
