I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. we were on a fact finding mission when we stopped at liberty buick. treated nicely even though we did not intend to buy at that time. ultimately, we traded in a pick-up and a fifth wheel on a 2019 buick envision. tim was patient with us even when we totally changed the color and style of vehicle that we initially wanted. we got more vehicle than we ever imagined at a manageable price.

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. I went here to test drive a Ridgeline after previously speaking to internet department Scott Collins. They offered to value my car for trade in. I had previously shopped around and got OTD quotes on Ridgelines and Surprise Honda in the end had by far the lowest price. They also valued my trade in a lot higher than anyone else.
I was ready to buy, but wasn't going to unless it was a deal I couldn't refuse. Well I got that deal. Jorge in finance was very nice even during a couple back and forth haggling sessions ¿. Overall I will definitely be back here to get my wife a suv in a few years! Oh and the Store itself is very beautiful and I appreciated the nice Starbucks machine! Thx!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.
