CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

They called us for our service that was covered by Toyota care. No issues and then recommended some additional items all Minor. This was our third visit all good. Thanks

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).

I had typed out what felt like an essay for this car and ended up deleting it. I do love the car and I bought it used with 90,000 miles on it so it’s new to me. Although I’m thinking the person who had it before me traded it in because it may have had issues they didn’t want to deal with. One being the rear has a bit of sag in it because of the rear upper control arm bushings being worn out. It does need new tires and I need them ASAP but I’m working on it. The turbo is a definite upgrade from my previous cars because I’ve never had a turbo. The CVT isn’t new to me but I love them seamless performance. I wish I could just drive the car endlessly for a job if I could find one. It’s pretty comfortable and I do love it.

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Setting up a service appointment was very easy. Arrived for appt and was greeted immediately. My service advisor, Adam Lopez, was attentive and very easy to talk to. He made me feel welcome. Left my car for the service and was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was completed. Adam went through items that would need to be done soon with patience in explaining costs and necessity. We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
