I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

This is the only place to purchase your new jeep.... make sure to deal with Luke!!!.... he made the whole process easy and didn't use the standard high pressure tactics ... I'll definitely deal with him again in the future.... even though the place is being remodeled currently they still strive to provide the best service possible!!

Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. Don was (obviously) excellent at his job- and made sure I completely understood everything we were going over. Overall, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with David Lopez, Don and everyone else behind the scenes at Luther Westside Volkswagen.

Love sitting higher without having to drive a full size SUV. My gas mileage is great with Econ mode option. So much room for two car seats and a third (smaller) person in the backseat. Drives like a dream with pep when you need it. I’m still in the honeymoon phase but this is the nicest Honda I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned two Accords, two Civics and an HR-V. I rode in the back seat of a friend’s CR-V and I’ve wanted one ever since.

I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.
