Used 2021 Honda CR-V SUVs for sale near Obetz, OH

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. I will continue to recommend Coughlin Hyundai to friends, family and all the customers I speak to daily running my business. Coughlin has earned a long term customer with me.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

I am very satisfied with the repairs performed on my ‘20 Leaf at Germain Nissan. Our car was diagnosed with a bad AC compressor and related components shortly after purchasing the car (we purchased the car from another dealer in January’25). The repair estimate was very expensive, something we were not prepared for, especially for a new car and our first EV. We contacted Nissan consumer affairs about this issue and they were very good to deal with. A case was created and reviewed by Nissan, and they informed us they would be covering the repair as a goodwill measure. Note that the car was out of the warranty period and they still covered the repair. We were very happy about this to say the least. So we worked with the dealer to get the repairs completed. The only bad part was that we had to wait 2 1/2 months for the back order parts to arrive (some from Japan), during the summer, and no AC in the car. But once the parts arrived, the dealership contacted us and completed the work in a couple days. This was a very positive experience for something that could have been very frustrating and negative, but patience payed off in the end.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

Everything was taken care of on site! Walked in and drove away in less than 1 hour!!

I went in to test drive an Accord but decided it wasn’t for me. However, a day later I was notified that a 2019 CRV fit my needs. And I ended up buying it! The whole process was great- I started with Charles and ended with Corey. The only negative was the wait time to sign registration and title. The dealership is even buffing out the minor scrapes on this, making it truly look and feel new. Great experience.

I had my car service at Hughe white Honda at georgesville auto mall and Steve is my Communication which was excellent his hospitality was great. He worked with me on a price deal and they’re honest there and they don’t work off Commission in the service department. Which I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to get your car serviced! What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! The car was on the Newark lot. Many thanks to Tasha for driving out and getting it for us. If you need a car, go see Deshawn and Drew; you won’t be disappointed.

Great experience brining in my car to be serviced. Toni was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything met my expectations.

First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

I can truly say the staff was excellent! Brian and Ryan were honestly amazing! I was told that they would do everything in their power to have me leaving there in the car I wanted and they did just exactly that! They went above and beyond! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were honest and made your time there comfortable. They really do care about their customers and it shows! I did not have a lock key to get the lugnuts off of my vehicle. I took it to John Hinder Honda and was totally impressed at the service I received. Mike and Anthony were most helpful and very professional. they were able to assist. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them!

I purchased 2019 Honda Civic Sedan. I was very pleased with the knowledge that Mikale Long provided for me. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I asked. It was very windy and cold on March 14, 2023. Mikale Long brought several vehicles inside that I had questions on so that I could see and them for my self. That's where the above and beyond come in. He braved the cold so that I would not have to. I greatly appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, manners and respect he showed towards me. We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
