Our salesman, Dave Anderson, gave us the out-the-door price right away, which made choosing the right vehicle so much easier. He was honest, transparent, patient, and kind?truly making the process enjoyable. The finance manager (I wish I remembered his name!) was also fantastic, and I appreciated that no one was pushy at any point. I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.
