I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. Aaron understood my situation and along with the dealership, worked with me to make the numbers work to get in a beautiful Honda Civic Sport Hybrid in sand dune. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot. AutoNation Honda and these group of employees were the only dealer in Tucson/Phoenix that truly wanted to help me take my life to that next level. One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I was traveling through to Ohio when a battery died at a gas station 45minutes away. Luckily I found they would be open to replace my defective battery I had installed at my Honda dealership in Iowa. Very quick service, great service tech! Excellent service taken person! I know they have a title but I can't think of it. She was so helpful! The facilities were from the last 50's maybe and not what I expect from Honda service waiting areas. I will say they have built a brand new service area it looked like so I'm sure very soon the facilities will be as I would expect. None the less it was dry and had a bathroom.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The saleswoman who took care of my car purchase at Walser in South St Paul, Meria Medina Alzate, was very helpful, explaining every step and listening to my needs. She was very attentive, hospitable, and did a good job of getting approval and arrangements for my particular situation.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Edgar was very easy to deal with & went out of his way to way to help. His reply to my email about the car was incredibly fast and helpful. I love my car!!!!!!

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I have been viewing used vehicles and somehow requested information from Security Dodge. They reached out promptly to help. Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there

Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

Super friendly people. Never pushy on needed repairs and always does a great job. A little slow on service but that?s because they have a lot of customers. They offer a shuttle service which makes up for it.

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. When we could get to my numbers, Lawrence Martin (Manager) stepped in to make it all happen. Then Roy stepped in to finish up with the sales process and assisted me with tranfering some accessories from my old truck to my new truck. It was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend Waltrip GMC! Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Pretty smooth after some light negotiations the process was smooth and trouble free. I would go back and buy a car from them again. Came in with an out the door price in mind and was able to get it at the end.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.
