Used Honda CR-V for sale near Bennet, NE under $20,000

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Vision Buick GMC. They made the process quick and easy!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Mostly, Honda quality fit & finish. Positives, 1.5l. Turbo motor. Inherited a 2017 AWD CR-V. Had to drive long way fm. Kalifornia to Colorado in late Nov. via Wyoming. Natch hit blowing snow. Car handled great . Good pickup . Good leather seats. Im 6'2". Lots head & leg rm. Great cargo space. 1200 mi. trip= 29+/- mpg. Negatives, very unintuitive entertainment console. Very un Honda like cruise control. Exterior looks( tad frumpy, funky).

I absolutely LOVE my new CR V. I don't think I have ever had a car this nice. I love that I feel safe and can rely on it.

They are efficient at getting you in and registered. They've remodeled the service reception area for the better. I thinking that making an appointment doesn't matter. It always takes at least 2 hours before they have a chance to look my truck over and text their findings. There's always something other than what I came in for that is recommended to be addressed. My main gripe is that they don't wash my truck. I've asked for it to washed when i checking in and when I receive my vehicle it isn't washed. It's a small thing overall but it gets me every time.

We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership
