Once I decided to go forward and lease, Jorge was able to meet my financial needs for the lease. He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease. I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I used to live in Melbourne, actually most of my life. I now live in western NCarolina. So, imagine to my surprise when the very used truck I was hunting for was being sold at this dealership two miles from my old home. Long story short, it was around the time of the last hurricane that came up thru NC. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

My husband passed away earlier this month. The AC in my F-250 hadn't worked properly for a while. They took it in for service after actually listening to my description of the problem. The repair was completed in a day and now my AC is doing its job. I want to especially thank Traci Daly an Raphael Martinez for what they did for me. Their considerate respect and kindness for me, and their efforts to make the experience as easy as possible for me during a difficult time can never be repaid. I can't thank them enough. My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

We were looking around and haven't decide when to buy a van. We stopped by Space Coast Honda and was greeted by Gino. He showed and put a lot of effort to show us the vans they have in the lot. The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

I have owned this car since new. With 111K miles, I am still very happy with the choice. The 2014 was the last CR-V made with a conventional automatic transmission, and highly desirable for towing behind a camper. My service and repair bills have been exemplary.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I was working with Eric Berkowitz on a used Camry. I was coming in the next day to buy it, when I got a call letting me know that it had been sold. I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.
