Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

I just recently bought a Toyota Avalon from here and Colin and Nick were really easy to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. No stress no surprises just an all around easy process. I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

Excellent Customer Care. My forte was hard to diagnose why it stalled. They kept at it and finally found the root of the problem. They kept me informed through out this process. Exhibited Care and Concern for me. Making sure car was fixed before I went back into it. Sent a Lyft to pick me up and warmed up my car. Second to none.

I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.
