Recently my wife and I visited Hyannis Honda. When we first arrived we were unsure if purchasing a vehicle was the right move, given our current financial situation. We were greeted by Mike Richards, a member of the sales team. From start to finish, Mike provided a friendly, hassle-free car buying experience. I also would like to mention that one of our interactions with Mike was while he was on his drive home, after working a full day. Once Mike learned that Carrie and I had availability that evening to accomplish some paperwork, he turned around and went directly back to the dealership and stayed several hours beyond his scheduled shift. Mike worked very hard to make sure the price of the vehicle, and the value of our trade in, met our specific needs. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda CRV and are very happy with the vehicle. Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

When I think of car purchases I think of not so happy times. Typically I go from buying a car to being sold one. But not this time. Our salesman Jake Roberts actually listened to what we did, and did not want. There was no pressure to change our our original wants just to get a good deal,in fact he worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a great price. I can't say enough about our experience with Jake and the dealership in general.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding. I am very happy with my seamless experience at Hyannis Honda and am willing to buying another car there in the future. Rachel and Conrad are the best!

It's larger than my 2020 CRV and quieter. It handles well, the gas mileage is great, and it is fun to drive. It's super economical yet has some giddy-up when needed on the highways. I like the extra storage and the revamp of the cargo area - it makes using the space more sensible with the flat tire fixer not under the mat. I wish it came with homeland, but that wasn't a show stopper for me. As far as aesthetics, it's a beautiful car! I love the exterior changes and that extra sporty look does turn some heads

I needed a hitch put on my new Honda Accord. We just bought our car from the Tufankjian family dealership, so when I needed help installing the hitch so I could tow my bikes, they did over and above what I could have expected. Barry Siegal was GREAT! He got was honest and explained all that needed to be done. The price i paid was less than he quoted. They even polished my car. To say I am happy and pleased with the service is putting it mildly.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!
