Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

This is my second Honda Element and it is perfect for transporting 1 large dog and 2 cats in kennels to the mountain cabin and return. The roomy interior is comfortable and it has no problem at all with snow. Not the best gas mileage but I wouldn’t drive anything else!

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. This is the second Element that I have owned. I love the versatility that it has. I can haul everything that I want to then take a house and clean it out if needed. It’s not for everyone but is great for me.

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. I had been putting off buying a car for years--if I would have known how easy and friendly Bickmore was going to be I would have bought one sooner.

Owned one in the past and loved it. Not the most powerful engine for the vehicle weight, but it's peppy and reasonable on fuel. It's a down right ugly vehicle but it ticks all the boxes for my outdoor lifestyle...looks be damned. This toaster will serve me well for many years to come.

Just purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Black Edition truck today at Classic Honda in Streetsboro. Jack Mullins was our sales guy and Zach C was the Finance guy. The whole process went like clockwork, very quick and efficient. Jack was a joy to work with, very knowledgeable, patient and customer focused. Zach made the financing part of the process very easy making sure we understood all documents we signed. The Good: * Easy to drive, maneuver, park * High truck-like seating - you cruise on top of the world * Multiple configurations: Back seats in, up, or removed * Handles dirt, gravel, snow, sand with ease * Easy to clean the inside - use a leaf blower to instantly evacuate debris from the rubber floors * Reliable - no problems with regular maintenance - 72000 miles and we just replaced the brakes and tires this year THE FLAWS: * Not much power - handles hills OK, but no fast acceleration on to a freeway * For people with limited mobility it can be hard to get in and out * Suicide doors - have to open front door to open back door * Pretty basic interior - look elsewhere for sophistication

Brought my car in front oil change.They are very quick and the job was nicely done. All the service writers.There are very nice that and very helpful.And I recommend them to everyone.
