Recently my wife and I visited Hyannis Honda. When we first arrived we were unsure if purchasing a vehicle was the right move, given our current financial situation. I also would like to mention that one of our interactions with Mike was while he was on his drive home, after working a full day. Once Mike learned that Carrie and I had availability that evening to accomplish some paperwork, he turned around and went directly back to the dealership and stayed several hours beyond his scheduled shift. Mike worked very hard to make sure the price of the vehicle, and the value of our trade in, met our specific needs. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Honda CRV and are very happy with the vehicle. I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

My parking brake light kept going on and Christian showed me what the problem was and what the cost was to replace it. Since it was going to take all day he gave me a beautiful loner car so I wouldn’t have to hang around. My car was ready first thing in the morning. Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

Bought new Accord from Ryan Santos. He was excellent at explaining everything to us. The purchase was easy with no pressure and hasssle. I would recommend Ryan and Colonial Honda to my friends and my family.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

When I think of car purchases I think of not so happy times. Typically I go from buying a car to being sold one. But not this time. Our salesman Jake Roberts actually listened to what we did, and did not want. There was no pressure to change our our original wants just to get a good deal,in fact he worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a great price. I can't say enough about our experience with Jake and the dealership in general.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

I made an appointment with a very pleasant person named Courtney. We came in and met with Ryan Santos. He was very professional and friendly. He showed us the new Accord we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. The negotiation was painless and we bought the car and drove home that day. Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

The service we received it Atlantic Subaru was great, all Representatives we dealt with were polite and knowledgeable. Chad Conti came out as a representative of Subaru love encore to go over any questions we might have, he was polite,knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

This small SUV gives a lot of bang for the buck. For my driving this car has plenty of power. I don't know whether the others who say it is under powered are trying to run in the Indy 500 or what, but for every day driving as well as on the interstate it has more than enough power. The only negative for me is I got the LX model and it is not satellite radio compatible. This is for one purpose and that is to get the customer to spend more to get the more expensive model. If I were Sirius I would tell auto makers that they either offer satellite radio in all models or they don't get it for any of their models. The HR-V gets great gas milage and has a ton of safety features. I love the HR-V!

Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding. The 2023 Honda HR-V is a premier choice for an entry level SUV. While the market has these going, on average, for above MSRP, these still are well worth the price. MPGs are stellar, currently at above 27MPGs in my 2023 Honda HR-V LX AWD. The AWD system is phenomenal, especially in Snow mode during poor weather conditions. Exterior styling is easily the best in its class. Downsides for the LX are the lack of BSW (which should be standard at this point), no heated seats, and no backseat amenities (across all trims). The sound system is subpar at best, albeit the Apple CarPlay system is incredibly smooth to operate. No wireless Apple CarPlay in the base model (EX-L only). Storage is made easy with the fold-down seats at the push of a button. My favorite functionality part about the interior is the spacious storage compartment located underneath the trunk mat. Handling on the roads overall is great and road noise is quiet, but hard accelerations (highway merging) will lightly shake the car with a loud roar. I recommend from my findings to shift to Sport mode when making high leverage merging for a more reliable acceleration. 4,000 miles in, I can say with confidence that I recommend the 2023 Honda HR-V for your next vehicle purchase!

I needed a hitch put on my new Honda Accord. We just bought our car from the Tufankjian family dealership, so when I needed help installing the hitch so I could tow my bikes, they did over and above what I could have expected. Barry Siegal was GREAT! He got was honest and explained all that needed to be done. The price i paid was less than he quoted. They even polished my car. To say I am happy and pleased with the service is putting it mildly.

Dealer performed requested services in the time frame they stated. Service was complete and customer friendly. I have utilized this dealer location for over 10 years.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
