Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

if you want a car that will last for 200,000 miles and probably longer get a honda odyssey we have had 3 and only replaced tires, wipers, bulbs ,oil , batteries

I needed to get a van in order to accommodate a lift for my mobility scooter. I have been very happy with this van in every way. It is comfortable, love the heated seats and the ride is very smooth. The only item I would change would to be to make the arm rest longer. That is honestly the only "complaint" I have! I've had this van since May of 2019. I made frequent 1,000 mile round trip drives to see my very elderly mother and never had a worry about the reliability of my vehicle. Very satisfied!

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. We drove from Florida to buy our new 2026 Toyota Tundra 1794. I saw this vehicle online, I asked if the vehicle was available and Sulayman Nyang called me back right away. I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased!
