When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. Donald provided me with exceptional customer service and very politely answered all of my dumb questions. I received the 30K mile package of services and - while very expensive- felt really comfortable with the high quality of care that my Accord Hybrid received.
