Unkind service receptionist. Employers were confused and struggled to give an accurate answer. They really gotta work on customer service. Tech was great on the other hand. I liked the video of the inspection.

We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

I had an oil change done. I've had ALL my oil changes done here since 2021, when I purchased my auto from them. Personnel are always pleasant and keep you informed re: the autos' condition and recommended repairs.

Was looking for a used affordable car, Robson Pinto went all out of his way to make it happened, He made us feel really comfortable , very patiently while we make a decision. I went in to look at a CRV and Zachary Thompson took great care of me! He even let me test drive it home to make sure it didn't scrape going up my driveway and fit in my carport.
