Carlos Ortiz, one of the service managers, is always so helpful. He clearly explains what maintenance and repairs are recommended for our CRV and Odyssey. Service wait time is reasonable and everything is completed very well.

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

In March 2022, Sook Nah helped me with the process of purchasing my dream car. She was very nice and helpful. She knew all the answers to my questions. She always kept me informed of anything. It was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Sook Nah when it comes to purchasing a car.

This was in unhappy event that led me back to my Honda dealership. Contaminated gasoline messed up my engine. But the diagnosis, repair process and assistance from my advisor Carlos Ortiz and the mechanic was very good. The car was repaired in one day once all parts were in and so far it is working normally. I highly recommend this dealership.

Tiffany was very pleasant to work with and very efficient in completing the work. The appointment for next day service was easy to make. I like being able to see the video taken by the mechanic.
