I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Had annual service done on my xc60. Service was thorough and prompt. Very easy process and Jud was attentive as usual.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.
