We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Such a great experience! Buying a pre-owned car here was one of the easiest, no-hassle car buying experiences I've had -- including new car purchases. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Our experience was excellent. Work was done quickly and with care. Service personnel seem to go above and beyond. The waiting room is comfortable, coffee and water available plus snacks and drinks for a cost.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

I really like the way the sales person helped me to get my new Honda , but I was slightly disappointed while working with Finance team as during the conversation she was not very friendly to explain me details about the total cost and charges, one other thing I should say after one week of buying the vehicle communication response time between the me and my agent is very high to get an answer of the query.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. Very good ride for the dogs and the wife. Mileage and power is above the Toyota vehicle and average for a minivan. Comfort and quality of material is above normal standard vans.

First, Vivian was an exceptionally knowledgeable sales rep. She only showed us what we were wanting to see. Great listener. I dreaded going and have to say it was painless! She would spend as much or as little time as you wanted. She valued our time. Finance was equally respectful of our time. The dealership is very nice. We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

The facility is excellent and the service advisor was courteous. The service is done in a timely manner and the staff is courteous about loaner vehicles if the need arises.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

We are looking at kiddo 4 on the way. My wife has wanted a van for some time, and we finally really need to use one. We found a great deal on a 2015 Odyssey... First, drive several. I have been in Siennas, but think they are an ugly car with a weird layout. I drove a caravan and Pacifica as well as a couple odyssey vans. The Honda is quieter and rides more like a car with a sportier suspension than the others. Second, what do you need. I was close on a newer Pacifica as it had all the bells and whistles, but the Honda holds value better and we found one with almost the same. Third, accept it, it is a van, it’s not “fun” to drive, but this odyssey rides better than others, mileage is good and we can get Littles in and out easily!

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

We bought it new and only have 1600 miles on it but thus far we’re very pleased. While being very comfortable for everyone and roomy it’s a very practical vehicle. Combine the comfort and ease of use, the safety features and overall quality that comes with the Honda brand it’s tough to beat. After test driving the Toyota Sienna and the Kia Sedona, the Odyssey was the top pick for everyone. Taken it and a couple short road trips with the family and it performed above expectations. Very happy with the purchase.
