I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

The professionalism, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, prompt response, shown by all staff I encountered. The methods of contact - video, written, and phone contact of analysis of work needed to be done as well as updates on work being done and completed. Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

My appointment with Gateway Suburu was quick and easy but unresolved as part for my vehicle is on 3-4 month backorder. All were polite and efficient but sitill no resolution. .

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

This is my experience with Wyatt Benscoter after I went to four other Honda dealerships. We sat down for a long time while he explained all the features of the vechle and all the optional packages that I wanted. He took me for a test drive in the vechle I was interested in. The color was o.k. the rims was o.k. also. We came back and worked up a monthly lease price no knowing the prices the other dealerships gave me. He was $51 dollars a month cheaper then the lowest price of the dealership I thought gave me the lowest price. So I made a decision to purchase the vechle at another dealership because they had the vechle of the color and rims that I liked even though I had to pay $51 dollars more then the price Wyatt gave me. If aClinton Honda had the vechle I was interested in I sure would leasted it from Wyatt who spent a lot of time with me and he never got annoyed or disinterested in me.

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

I can’t say enough about Honda of Lincoln. From the minute you walk in you are treated with respect by professionals. I worked with Ben Brink and Andy Goodyear. Ben is honest and has a great personality. He listens and was quick to respond when I called with questions. I appreciate the fact I never felt pressured by Ben or Andy. Is it my old Acura TL? No. Is it my Expedition? No. Is it a wonderful, rolling compromise of tight handling, larger SUV amounts of cargo and comfortable passenger space, a real V6, Honda reliability and engineering in a package that gets a lot better than “truck” mileage? Yes. An extraordinary example of function over form, and a beautiful compromise of everything I was looking for in a daily vehicle. If it had a timing CHAIN it would be a 5.

I am writing to commend Brandon Sharp for his outstanding service at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. Initially, I use your website on December 9, 2025, to submit my vehicle?s VIN for an appraisal, but the system returned a $0 valuation, which caused me to nearly abandon in the process. Fortunately, Brandon reached out via text and email to inform me the website submission hadn?t been received correctly. I provided him with my VIN and mileage, and he quickly sent me an offer. I was hesitant to travel 32 miles per an inspection, concerned the offer might decrease upon physical review (as noted in the fine print), especially since I had a standing local offer. Looks good and is affordable. Very roomy interior. Has all the latest features involving safety. Adequate 6 cylinder engine. Ride is stiff; could be more comfortable. But - so far, very pleased with it

Perfect family of 4 SUV with a bunch of space. AVG 23.5 mph. The 9 speed transmission is not as smooth as the older 6 speeds. I wish you could permanently turn of the stop/Start. So far so good.

The Passport lives up to the reviews of a comfy ride, spacious interior and smooth engine. The styling is surprisingly distinctive despite being a chopped off Pilot. Biggest ding is the tech. The touchscreen and functions are slow and glitchy. No compass, and to play music off your phone, you have to connect by cable. And the backup camera does not give you warning beeps when you get close to something. The cross traffic warning, however, is nice. The more expensive exterior colors are sharp if you don't mind the added charge.

With my Passport I got what I was looking for: Power, performance, cargo space, adécuate confort for passengers, good stereo with HD radio and capable to play my FLAC music files, not so expensive and an reliable car for retirement, meaning it will be my last buy. It is true the interior is not so fancy like other cars, but the most important is that I feel secure, confortable and ultimate enjoy driving my passport, love it.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

I bought a used 2019 and have had it in the shop 3 times. Twice for radio issues and ended up with a new amplifier. Thank God I bought an extended warranty! Today a communication problem between the power train module and the transmission module left me stranded at a light!! 3rd time in - getting a software update that hopefully will fix the problem. This Honda owner is not particularly happy right now.

Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!
