After long time researching to replace my 2001 Toyota Highlander, I came to decide on the 2019 Honda Pilot. The Car has a very good feel inside and it's very good looking outside IMO. Seats are very comfortable and AC works great (I live in South Florida). The car has 80,000 miles on it, and I already had to replace the Transmission fluid at 50k and I am due to replace it again on the next oil change. (I never EVER changed my transmission fluid on my 2001 - 289k miles Toyota Highlander). The radio issues did happen to us the first year but in the dealer they did a "system upgrade" and that solved the issue. We have driven the Pilot several times to NC, SC, TN, AL and other estates and so far it has been great. I was not expecting to have to replace transmission fluid so often but when replace the transmission works well.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands.
