The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Just picked up my 2026 Honda HR-V from Kevin K at Paragon Honda and OMG I’m still buzzing!! 🚀 I walked in kinda nervous (first time buying solo), but Kevin was like “relax, I got you” and turned the whole thing into a total blast. He’s SO real—no upselling junk, just straight talk and killer vibes. Showed me the HR-V, let me test it, and BOOM—best deal I’ve seen anywhere. Drove off in under 2 hours grinning ear to ear. I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Ford of Queens has been very attentive to my online request and has continued to follow up, even as I drag my feet on making a decision. I have not visited the dealership, so I cannot comment beyond my online experience.

To make a long story short: I’ve been looking for a newer Jeep Wrangler for a couple weeks and I kept running into dealerships with shady salespeople or hidden dealer fees that were ridiculous. Lucky for me I saw a Wrangler that was just posted on City World Hyundai, I called and requested the best salesperson, to my luck I was transferred to Dayri O’Neal and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she was from begging to end. I work a lot and I don’t have the time to go to the Bronx from Jersey so Dayri FaceTimed me from their lot and showed me the vehicle in detail, she provided the carfax over text and email, went over all the dealer fees way in the beginning before I had decided to purchase the vehicle (no hidden fees or ridiculous dealer fees like most other dealers). Dayri also let me speak to her manager Eddie who was a really straight forward, knowledgeable, empathetic person. Dayri and Eddie agreed to deliver my Wrangler to Jersey for FREE and also gave me a discount on my truck for being a Veteran while thanking me for my service in my beloved Army. I had never purchased a vehicle online before without seeing the vehicle in person but Dayri and her team made the process so easy and trouble free that it was a no brainer. On the finance side make sure you see Mykael as he was really good about getting me the loan I needed, my credit isn’t the greatest right now around 630 and I have multiple cars already being leased and financed, however Mykael was really confident and very reassuring that he would be able to obtain the loan for me, and indeed he got me a great rate all things considered. My review ends with Dayri coming on her personal time around 10pm to deliver my vehicle from the Bronx to Jersey, the truck had been detailed and filled with gasoline (I never asked for those things btw). In conclusion if you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make sure you come to this dealership and ask for Dayri because I’m sure you will be writing a 5 star review just like I am right now, super happy with my truck, no surprise fees, a good loan interest rate and the overall experience Dayri and her team provided. Dayri thank you very much for your professionalism and dedication to your customers, you are fantastic and I will be sending you all my friends and family once they are in the market for a vehicle.
