This is my second time using this dealership for repairs and have always had a positive experience. I can't say the same for the Capitol Beltway dealership.

Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.

Josue took time to explain everything about my alignment. He also walked me inside because I had a recent surgery. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I was treated with respect.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

This was our second purchase from Sport Honda. The sales, finance and management staff all went out of their way to make the process easy and professional. They created the opportunity for financing and gave us the best deal of any dealership in the area. They made sure we understood everything and went over the car's features so that we were comfortable when we left.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

Decent experience, mechanic and sales rep were very informative. Prices a bit steep, about 215 just for diagnostic is on the higher end for sure, so maybe shop around if you know exactly what the problem is. Otherwise good quality service all around.
