I came into hindsight of Cleveland Heights not even looking for a car. I walked past Wendy's desk on my way to the service department and she spoke to me in the nicest most pleasant voice. I told her I will be back cause I was looking for a vehicle, a 4x4 crew cab pickup and she said she can make that happen. Guess what she did. I am a proud owner of a Ford 150 crew cab 4x4.
