Bought a civic. Emad was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The price was good based on market averages. Negotiation part was fine but what negotiation is really fun. Chelsey in the finance department was the most helpful and cheerful F&I manager I’ve met from buying cars for years. Store is clean, small lot, but busy road for test drive. Only issue for the general manger, invest in a real coffee unit—other Honda stores in the area have great coffee selections, would have love me a flat white

My overall experience was excellent. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Eric McGee, Sales Consultant. He provided me with the opportunity to take my time to view the vehicles in the showroom, as well as to test drive the vehicles that interested me and my family. Throughout the process, he was informative and answered all my questions which provided me much needed clarity. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. In fact, I was at the dealership for over five hours without feeling pressured. This experience allowed me to make the best selection with a payment that was comfortable for me to make over the course of the contract.
