I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

This is my second positive review of a new Jeep purchase from Manahawkin Jeep in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Several weeks ago I posted a positive review for my purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler Sport and this past week I purchase a new Jeep Gladiator. Once again, I visited over a dozen Jeep dealership websites in New Jersey, and every Jeep dealership in the Jersey shore area. Only one Jeep dealership stood out above the rest, and like my first Jeep purchase before, it was Manahawkin Jeep. Their trade in allowance was more than I expected, the rebates were significant, and the transparent pricing in the end was better than I expected! In the end, I am convinced that I made the best Jeep purchases possible with Manahawkin Jeep than any other Jeep dealership in New Jersey. Finance manager Chris Pereira and salesman Mike Dunn, exceeded my expectations throughout the entire purchase process for both of my jeep vehicles. Their communication was exceptional! Each Jeep purchase was negotiated from the comfort of my own home and everything else was conducted via texting. Dealing with both Chris and Mike made this the easiest new vehicle experience that I have ever had. In addition, I also want to highlight their commitment to customer service. Not only was the purchase process easy, but Mike also delivered both new Jeep vehicles to my home, 30 minutes away. This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Even the financial officer was friendly. I didn’t have any trouble coming to an agreement on the price and terms. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

I bought a new 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid EX-L from Cost Honda, Sea Girt, NJ few days back. It was a very pleasant atmosphere with no pressure. Cost Honda is the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with in past 20 years for purchasing a vehicle. Sales person Patrick Marotta made the buying process completely simple and effortless and I always feel like I am getting the best deal. Price of new car was very competetive and they gave me best trad-in value for my vehicle as well. Before byuing car from Coast Honda, I have visisted couple of other dealerships in Central New Jersey but not happy with the customer service or commitment they shawn to customer. They were not honoring the price they gave me via-email or online and it was a bit surpised when I visited dearlership. I would highly recommend Patrick Marotta Salers person and Coast Honda!!!!

Somebody recommended Nissan city of red Bank to me. That was the best recommendation that I’ve got. Since I’ve been going there for my car service I’ve been so happy. Bought my Elite in May of 2023 at a local dealer. I love the look of the car, the comfort and the handling. It is very roomy and has so many cup holders and compartments which is great. I have the brown/black interior, which I wasn't able to see before purchasing it, but loved it once I did see it. I did have an option for a gray interior one but didn't like that look as it didn't look as classy as the two toned. The lights are bright, the features are wonderful so overall a nice vehicle and still happy with my purchase. Now the not so good stuff.... Biggest problem I have is like other reviews have stated the gas mileage is not great at all and comes nowhere near the projected when the car is marketed. 19-25 it states but that is way off for sure. I don't have a heavy foot, speeding or hard breaking and I always drive in Eco because the 'Normal" mode option, the mileage is worse. Summer months my average between city and HWY is 18.5/19.5. All HWY I was able to get 23 miles one time but not again. All HWY after that first time is usually 21/22. Never have I seen 25mpg like stated. Now the Wintertime they are not as good. City/HWY is 17/19 & HWY is 19/20.5. The most miles I can get out of a tank of gas either summer or winter is now less than 355, more around the 335/345. The lane assist feature is pretty bad as well, better in the nighttime as I feel it sees the lines better but during the day is more of an annoyance than anything, so I normally don't use it. I have drove the Sport model one and that worked great and a 2022 Elite pilot and that worked flawlessly too. Not sure why mine is so bad but dealer says it functioning correctly, I told them we will agree to disagree LOL>. The wireless charging is very slow and if you have any type of case on it will most likely not work, so I just keep it shut off. I really wish Honda would have put the bigger screen in this car this time around. Looks like there is enough space for that to have happened they just chose not to. I really wish that the second you turn off the car the radio didn't shut down too. I have never had a car do that and it is frankly a big inconvenience for me. Many times, I am on the phone with clients, or I like to finish a song, but in order to do that I would have to sit with the car running and that doesn't make sense to me and it's a waste of gas. This is little but I do hope that they come out with some type of compartment for the center console as it's really big but there is no way to organize anything in it and honestly just looks like a total mess. (Again, small to many) The app to start the car and such is just okay. What I don't like is that you cannot adjust the temp or the heated seats as well as not having the app turn on the passenger seat as 95% of the time no one is in it. I feel like this is more opportunity for something to go wrong or stop working when I didn't personal choose to use it but was forced to have. I will say I do like that whatever my heated seat was at from my previous drive that is what it is at when I start my car the next time. I did end buying the Honda rubber floor mats but soon found out that the from mats leave to much carpets exposed by the gas and brake pedals, so salt gets all over it. The back ones are just fine. I did end up buying the Weather tech ones and those are great and have amazing coverage so if you live in an area where it snows, I'd keep this in mind. I also bought the side covers for the back end and the mat for the back end, which really protects the sides and back of seats from scratches which we all know ever car is prone to. I did add the trailer hitch from the dealer vs aftermarket as I wanted it to look good and sit higher where it belongs verse the aftermarket which sits much lower to the ground. Overall, now with 13,000 miles on it I am still loving my pilot despite the other things mentioned above. I hope it last me a long time as this is my first time buying a Honda vehicle.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Great 3 row SUV.. Drives a bit heavier in feel than my Honda CR-V. good performance. comfortable seats, quiet while driving, 25 mpg on highway..

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Visited bc of great reviews and had a Kia I wanted to see. Didn't end up buying but not b/c dealership. All staff interaction was great, not pushy at all and clean space. If I see something again there I will still drive the 2 plus hours from Long Island

2023 Pilot Touring have owned for 11 months. Been all over the Southeast with it. Very happy with it. Absolutely no problems or issues whatsoever. Decided on it because of smooth quiet ride with nice large windows and visibility. Among best in class for spaciousness and cargo capacity. Would buy one again in a heartbeat.
